After contacting multiple sites for several weeks, I had a prompt response from Art (late in the evening when all other places were already closed) with a convenient appointment for estimate on pendant lighting I was not planning DIY. Unlike others who gave false replies with lip service, he respected what I was concerned about and followed through! Art came within the time frame he said he would, assessed the project and was able to accomplish the primary task requested on the spot. I trust his expertise, professionalism and experience. The lights were dimming and circuits were flipping open. We had one electrician come out and reset the breakers and he assumed it was the usage of space heaters. He left on another job, but two hours later, the lights were flickering and circuits were flipping again.

My wife looked for another electrician and Art came quickly. He spent time really digging in. We thought we found a bad appliance and also changed out some circuit breakers, however, two hours later, a surge protector popped. I texted Art and he came right back to help troubleshoot that evening. He discovered uneven voltage and recommended we contact PGE as soon as possible and sent me the number to ask for a load test.

The next morning, things were looking bleak with all multiple circuits flipped open and another surge protector popped. I texted Art and he said he could stop by later in the day. PGE came and fixed an issue with the power line corroding that led to a bad neutral connection. And as promised, Art stopped by to make sure everything was ok. He really guarantees his work!

He went above and beyond by checking out the heater that didn't turn back on with the electricity. He spent extra time to troubleshoot that the transformer was blown and explained where to get the spare part and how to replace it.

Art is professional, explained every step, and really stands behind his work with two extra visits without charging.

Long and short- we needed a 110 outlet installed for a new washer. We had a stackable unit in a tiny space. I myself called 15 different companies and could get either no response or after holiday dates. It was going into emergency territory because my daughter needed surgery and I didn't want to do laundry with covid in a laundry mat. My husband found Art excellent reviews and he sent Sergei out the next day.

Sergei really took the time to think about the best way to address the issue and how to do it with minimal people. He ended up not needing to get a second person to move the unit. He was also adamant that the washer and dryer installers fix the ventilation duct attached to dryer.
He installed the outlet perfectly, added a new breaker. He laid a tarp down, kept it so clean, and even swept up. He was so kind and sweet to my daughter who tried talking his ear off. He was awesome! He also pushed the unit back so i could close the closet door and he properly re-installed the door. I would absolutely only use this team again.

After being ridiculously overcharged by another electrician, we tried Art Electrical services for a chandelier installation. Art and his helper Pavel arrived at the appointed time with everything they needed to complete the job quickly and efficiently. They wore masks, booties and gloves. Art pointed out that my dimmer light switch was not compatible with the new chandelier and volunteered to come back later the same day with a replacement, which he did. His total charge was extremely reasonable, and the work was done impeccably. He and Pavel were friendly and professional. We will definitely be calling them again! I highly recommend this business!
