Biggest crooks I have ever dealt with. They charged me for so many things I didn't want and don't work. They still keep calling me even though it's been a year since they replaced my heat and air. I have told them to stop because I don't want anything from them.

I agree...from the short experience I have had with them CROOKS. They seems to say my AC is broken need a new one. Then when I used them for my furnace inspection (I had prepaid a plan...otherwise I would not have) guess what, they NEVER showed up!?!

I called the BBB also, and the have a very POOR RATING. Customer beware.

ARS: one word, Crooks! They put in a capacitor in our ac unit that blew out the fan motor and then had the nerve to quote us 8-10,000$ for a new unit and ours should last another 2-3 years! Don't let them near your ac unit at all!! They set you up. Sears is fixing what the damage caused by ARS. Off to the BBB!
