Our clients are our top priority and we aim to maintain competitive pricing. We cannot significantly decrease our prices because of the costs involved in running a business. However, when we encounter someone in genuine need, we do our best to help; we focus on people, not just profits. Everyone faces challenges, and too many companies prioritize their bottom line. We believe in a different philosophy. There are times when clients are ineligible for our low-income support, as I have guidelines to adhere to. After they share their circumstances, we work together to develop a strategy that makes sure they have access to essential services. This could include a payment plan, a loan, or a sliding scale rate. Sadly, we cannot bring our prices down too much because of the expenses associated with materials and labor, but we work to create solutions that fit our clients’ needs while ensuring our business remains sustainable. This helps us maintain our commitment to the work we enjoy.

As a women-owned company, and my father contributed before he passed; he was a veteran. We are proud of the quality of our work, and most of my team sees their work as artistic. We are a company that is committed to making a positive impact.

I began as an independent contractor, originally due to my experience of homelessness and difficulty securing a regular job. I decided to take on side jobs. I pedaled around town with a backpack full of necessary tools for home repairs and gardening. Gradually, I started to build a client base for gardening, window work, and various projects. It took nearly a year of living on the streets and carrying that bag of tools to finally secure a roof over my head. Since then, I have kept picking up side jobs. I love this line of work because I am passionate about assisting people. This is why, when I turned my small job into a business, I implemented a low-income program. The program aims to assist families who struggle to afford typical repairs. I aspire to eventually establish a nonprofit to provide assistance at no charge.
