Our clients are our top priority and we work hard to offer reasonable prices. While we can't lower them excessively due to operational costs. However, when we encounter someone in genuine need, we try to accommodate them; to us, it’s more than just money. We all experience tough times, and too many companies prioritize their bottom line. We take a different path. Occasionally, we encounter clients that don’t meet the criteria for our assistance program, because I must comply with certain regulations. After they share their circumstances, we collaborate to create a plan that guarantees they get the necessary services. This could include a payment plan, a loan, or a sliding scale rate. Sadly, we cannot bring our prices down too much because of the expenses associated with materials and labor, but we strive to develop arrangements that benefit our clients while ensuring our business remains sustainable. This allows us to continue helping and doing what we love.

We are a women-owned business, and my dad, a veteran, helped me before he passed away. We are proud of the quality of our work, and my team considers their work to be an art form. We are a company that is committed to making a positive impact.

I started my journey as an independent contractor, because I faced homelessness and couldn’t find a conventional job. I began taking on small jobs. I pedaled around town with a backpack full of necessary tools for home repairs and gardening. Gradually, I started to build a client base for gardening, window work, and various projects. It took nearly a year of living on the streets and carrying that bag of tools to finally secure a roof over my head. Since then, I have kept picking up side jobs. My passion for helping others makes this work fulfilling. That’s why, when I transformed my small job into a company, I made sure to include a low-income program. This program is designed for families who cannot afford standard repairs like most others can. I aspire to eventually establish a nonprofit to provide assistance at no charge.
