These guys are terrible! I purchased a voucher from these guys. It took 5 phone calls and an email for them to respond in order to set up the appointment. Then they did not show up for the appointment! They did not call to let us know or anything. Since then I have called them about 10 times and sent an email as well. My wife has called several times as well. We have yet to get a phone call back or response to the emails. Beware of these guys!!

Got a certificate for lighting installation in May, have until August to use it. Been trying to set up appt lot get the job done for the past 2 months and they will not respond. Was originally told before I bought they were 1-2 weeks out. Not good on the follow-up

We had an excellent experience with Arroyo Electric! The electricians who came over were very friendly, efficient, competent and fast. We have future electrical work that we'll need done and we are definitely using Arroyo again.
