Super flaky. First and foremost. Started out strong with communication and then when it came time to do a walk through did not show up on time and we decided to push it back a little while. Then he was late and we decided to do a walk through a few days later. He showed up about 45 minutes late, told me he would get me a quote in a few hours. It took 2 days for him to get back to me with the quote. But agreed to schedule service with him and picked a Wednesday at 9am. So 9 rolls around and absolutely no communication. I message every few hours and absolute silence. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.
