I contacted Arrow Electric to fix a problem when trying to install a ceiling fan. A tech came out the same day. I showed him the problem; he separated the wires and put wire nuts I supplied on to keep the circuit breaker from tripping. I was charged almost $300 which I thought was high. The same tech came back 2 days later to install a box to mount the fan to. After he installed the ceiling fan he then proceeded to charge me an additional $258. I thought EVERYTHING was included in the initial price. I appreciate their quick response but $550, AFTER supposedly a $125 senior discount, is way overpriced. Arrow Electric took advantage of the situation and a senior citizen. I will not use them again and recommend others also not use them.

Had a light fixture that came loose so I had to undue the wires so it wouldn't fall off the wall. They came out the same day and hooked it back up for a reasonable fee. Will definitely call them in the future.

Today I've spoken to the manager of the Co-Mr. Joe, and we'd settled our monetary differences in satisfactory fashion right away. I've explained my reasons for what the Co had promised and didn't fulfill at the end of service day-on 07/02/21. And Joe had carefully looked at the invoices and gracefully took care of the difference in payment that we were owed. I cannot complain any further. Thank you, Mr. Joe, for taking care of your first time residential customer.

There dispatch or whomever is in charge of setting prices decided it was ok to overcharge us. They removed two Tesla chargers and reinstalled at new home. $800 and zero wiring involved. The guy only capped the wires off instead of a standard EV plug which I asked for. So just to recap, no electrical installation, no EV plugs, and a basic install for $800. That wasn't the worse part, the poor guys had never seen or touched a Tesla charging port. Consider doing small jobs yourself first, then maybe look for an installer not named Arrow.

I have been a customer for 20 yrs. EVERY time they send an electrician, I think that guy was amazing! They came during a power outage on Christmas Eve. When we got a new electrical box the technician labeled each breaker! Today, Jaime came and took his time to figure out the problems, explain what he was going to do AND asked what choices I want all along the way. Professional, kind-hearted, respectful and knowledgable! You would have to hog-tie me to get me to change away from Arrow.

We've used Arrow Electric several times and have always been pleased with the service. Hunter came out today to service a light switch that had been shorting out. He was very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Super patient with all my questions. Hunter was running early today and called to see if it would be ok. They are usually timely and have never had to wait outside of our scheduled window. We will continue to use Arrow for our electrical needs and highly recommend them!!

The quote from these guys was incredibly over-priced. Example was a $1500 charge for a part that retails for $150! They must think customers in DFW are pretty stupid.
