My journey started in 1978 as an Aircraft Electrician in the US Air Force. After four years of service, I made the electrical trade a significant part of my life. I have held various roles in the electrical sector, including electrician, plant electrician, supervisor, and field engineer for Panasonic Factory Automation. In 2001, the entire Texas crew at Panasonic was let go. Leveraging my background, I established my own business in 2004. We at Arrow Electric prioritize quality service, integrity, and honesty. Horrible Service. I would not recommend their service to anyone. After receiving a quote and making an appointment the first time they called and rescheduled. The second appointment they just didn't show up. The office called me the morning of my appointment, 35 minutes after someone was supposed to be at my home and to my surprise, they were not calling me to tell me they were going to be late, they were calling to schedule me saying that ""I guess that you were never told a specific time for service"". Of course I told her that the technician had sent me text messages with the time and had even sent me the bill already. After saying that she needed to call a manager and call me back, they came back with ""i'm sorry but we are not going to make it out there today but my manager said to give you 10% off. What a Joke!! Needless to say, I cancelled service and will never do business with them again. Absolutely horrible communication and service!

Henry was very professional during the bid process and installation. The lights and ceiling fans he installed throughout my house look great. It took longer than he expected due to some issues with my home. It was no fault of his but he didn't change the price and stood by his original quote. Will definetly use again.
I chose Arrow Electric initially because of the positive reviews, and reading them I do not doubt that others have had good experiences. Unfortunately, mine was different. I have a rental home that had already experienced a no-show by the electrician for a small repair, which I explained when booking the appointment with Arrow. We set up the appointment date and time range, which I then confirmed with the tenant and closed the loop with Arrow on. When I followed up with the tenant, Arrow had no-showed and has still not responded to the voicemail that I left to iron it out. I do not typically post negatively as I realize these things can happen, but the lack of communication about not being able to make the appointment amplified the already difficult situation that I had communicated.
Recently my house had an electrical fire in the attic. I have renters but I actually live in another state. Fires are horrible and cause a great deal of work. Its tough in the summer to get anything done because companies are so backed up with work. I had a great experience with Henry the owner. He was very helpful to me and made sure the home was safe for occupancy fixing all the electrical wires that were damaged from the fire. I will be calling him in the future if we have any additional issues or work
These guys are awesome I think they did about 30 or more plugins and other things I asked them to do. They were fast and very nice. I will recommend them to anyone I know . Thank you Ralph and mike . See ya again after my backyard is done..
Mike V.I was in a jam. I was closing on a house in 3 days and the new buyers needed an electrical panel replaced. I called Arrow and not only did they quote me a honest price (I checked a few other electricians in the area), but they started that next day! They finished on time and it looked great. They had to do some extra work to make it fit, but they got it in and I couldn't be happier.
I have to give them credit, they were quick, did great service, very well priced, and very friendly. I will use them for all my electrical needs. They saved me and I can't give them enough nice words to say.
Philip H.My initial experience with them was good, so was disappointed when I tried to use them again, but can't get them to come out. I was the first person to give them a review, shared their contact with lots of others, and disappointed that the loyalty has been forgotten. I've been tried calling, emailing, and texting....can't get a reply.
T F.I had an old fluorescent light fixture in the kitchen and it needed a new ballast. I called a friend-of-a-friend, but he stood us up. So we left for vacation with wires hanging from our ceiling. When we returned, I searched Yelp to get some referrals and found Arrow Electric. Alex was the technician who came to work on the lights. I really hated the idea of putting up an outdated fluorescent fixture again, so we asked for his opinion & a quote to put in recessed lights instead. The quote was great, so we agreed to go with the new lights. Alex came back a couple of hours later to install 3 LED lights. He was awesome! He worked quickly. He explained why he thought the LED lights were the best solution, and that we wouldn't need to replace them for 15-20 years. And they were low on energy. Within an hour, Alex had installed the 3 lights, and cleaned up the floor. From now on, I will only call Arrow Electric!! Hopefully, we can have the lights in both bathrooms to be changed out also. Awesome job!
Ang C.When a severe thunderstorm with high winds resulted in falling tree limbs tearing the electric meter from our home late on a Thursday, I left an after-hours message for Arrow Electric. By 9 am on Friday, Henry and Alex had already begun work; 4 pm the damage was completely repaired and even some additional wiring issue with our older home was corrected. This was all done at a reasonable price and in a very professional manner.
But Arrow's excellent service did not end there. They went to bat for us with the city regarding the timing of inspection. When Oncor required our electrician to be present when their power lines were reconnected due to the presence of 3 phase lines, Arrow returned (twice). When our 3 phase air conditioner had problems upon restart of the power, they helped troubleshoot that issue.
All in all, we highly recommend Arrow Electric.
