I have to agree with Javier. I was in the swimming pool repair business. I've been doing business with Arrow for over 25 years. As Scott said below, they NEVER sell or offer used motors. I've also used the other shop in downtown Fresno, which is a decent place, but I prefer Arrow.

I have literally never written a review for a company like this, but there is a first time for everything.
I read the only review of Arrow, and I felt compelled to say something.
I have been going here for so many years for so many of my electric motor needs and these guys always take care of me. If you have no idea what you are looking for, they are going to do their best to help, just be ready to not know what the heck they are saying. These guys are super knowledgeable and honest. Even walking into the shop reminds you of the that old shop your dad used to go to were everyone was super cool and kind of a dick, in a good way. Keep up the good work guy.

Service prices are extremely high. I have used this place several times to rebuild motors. The last time I used them was last summer (2014) when they changed the bearings on a pool motor. When I got it back home, I realized they switched my motor out with another used one. No big deal at the time, but the thing ended up totally breaking down within 2 months. The motor they switched mine with had many other issues. When another pool motor from my rental house needed the same service, I decided to take it somewhere else. They charged me 1/3 the price of Arrow's. I have definitely done my LAST piece of business with Arrow
