This is the Electrical company you are looking for! Matt and James are professional, knowledgeable and do a tremendous job. You might be able to find a cheaper estimate, but you will never get the level of service from any other company. When we purchased our home in the fall of 2011, they changed out all of our outlets and switches, added plugs and even removed some extra switches which weren't needed. They just finished wiring a hot tub for us, and Matt made the time on a busy Friday to do it, so that we wouldn't have to wait to use the new hot tub! Norma handles all the scheduling and my endless questions with good humor and grace. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough!

Courteous, funny, and creative workers who do an exemplary job. Installed and wired a window AC, ceiling fan on a high vaulted ceiling, and a dedicated circuit for my high end audio system. Regarding price... Quality work and service is what you get. I'd rather have it done right the first time and pay a little more. If you want people who show up on time, do the job without taking short cuts, and use quality parts, these are the guys, period.

This was truly a great experience! On the phone, ""Norma"" was efficient and friendly and very helpful. When Matt and James arrived, they were also professional and friendly. Matt quoted a very fair price for the work and they were fast, knowledgeable and efficient! Beware of plumbers and electricians who want to quote you a flat price for a small job! They usually charge 2-3 times more than straight shooters who work by the hour--and that is what you need to know about Arrow.

I didn't use Arrow because their quotes were outrageous. I knew this because my father was an electrician, and because I have done numerous remodeling projects. I know approximately how long it should take to do certain tasks.

I asked Matt, after seeing his quote, how long he thought it would take to do the work I needed. In an instant, he went from smiling and pleasant to furious, and stormed away. He refused to discuss the matter.

I had the same work done by *******, on an time and materials basis, and the cost was WELL UNDER HALF Arrow's ""bid"". ******* is a licensed electrical contractor, the work was superb, and they didn't try to sell me a lot of pricey parts I didn't really need. One doesn't have to pay Arrow's prices to get good work. An honest, competent guy working by the hour is the most economical way to do small jobs and repairs.

They don't make businesses like this anymore. Matt was the consummate professional with my electrical situation. He has a work ethic that harkens back to the old days. Very professional, dedicated, FAIR, knowledgeable and thorough. Plus he takes time to educate you so you understand exactly what is needed. Let me also say, there are some folks that the minute you meet them, you trust them. I felt I could have left my house that day completely in his hands and not thought twice. As a single woman who knows nothing about this area, trust is paramount. Norma is also great on the phone, gets back to you in a timely manner and is just sweet to talk to. HIGHLY recommend Arrow Electric and would choose to give this smaller 1st class company my business in the community any day. Will not hesitate to call again!

The people at Arrow were great , both on the phone and in person. They squeezed me in because I thought I had an emergency . They told us we could replace our panel now, or if we wanted later. They even gave us a free used replacement breaker. As I was in the process of having solar panels installed, it ended up to be more efficient to let the solar company do it. HOWEVER, the people at Arrow were on time, efficient, and clearly honest and knowledgable. Though I wasn't able to use them for this job I will definitely be keeping their name and number for the future. I am very impressed with Arrow !

In life, you need goto experts for medical, dental, accounting, legal, plumbing, and electrical. Happily, we found our electrical experts in Arrow Electric.

We've used Arrow three times in the last year in our 1920's vintage Petaluma home: once for a whole-house fan installation, once for electrical service for an on-demand water heater, and once for CAT6 Ethernet wiring for our house and garage. And when we need electrical for a fourth project, we know exactly who to call.

They're a small shop, but very good not just in electrical, but in electrical plus dealing with old construction plaster. Our half-dozen Ethernet wall plates were installed in plaster without collateral damage.

Matt always arrives in clean, professional uniform, and wears footies in the house. The footies are a nice touch, but not something we expected or insisted upon. Still, to have thought of it and acted on it is a nice touch. And Norma always calls to say Matt is on his way, so you know when he will arrive.

This is a great small business, and I look forward to calling them to get new projects done, rather than dreading it, not knowing what exactly I'll get.

I am pleased to say that Arrow Electric is just great. They are a local company and the employees are very knowledgeable and professional. Living in a 1940's California Bungalow one thing you always want to be certain is that the electrical is up to code. When I was installing a ceiling fan, I decided that I better make sure that the electrical would be fine. Reading reviews and looking at an endless list of electricians in the phone book it was hard to guess who to call. Fortunately, there was a very positive ad written by a fellow yelper, and I figured it would be best to give Arrow Electric a try.
As soon as I called Arrow, the friendly voice on the other end listened to what I needed and tried to be very accommodating. When I explained I already had the fan down and had only today off, she said she would try to dispatch the electrician and if not today, she would book me for first thing the next day, which was a Saturday! She called back and informed me that he could come out after he completes one more job. Sure enough I received a courtesy call stating he was on his way if that was still ok with me.
Matt and Elliot both came in covered their shoes so they wouldn't get any dirt on my floors. They quickly checked everything for me and asked if they would still like them to install it or if I wanted to do it myself since the wiring was OK. I took them up on their offer and they installed the fan quickly. As Matt was installing the fan, Matt was terrific in answering my questions about some other electrical concerns. Matt gave some very cost savings suggestions and put my mind to rest on some other concerns. For what should be replaced and put to code they wrote up an estimate and stated when it would be financially better time for me to have it repaired give them a call. There was no pressure and very honest in his approach. Elliot had the fan all complete and even cleaned up the work area and even threw out the fan box and cardboard fillings. Honesty, quick, and professional is how I sum up Arrow electric. The both have a very good personality and explains things where a layman can understand. Arrow hires local and is a local company. I will definitely use them again and am so happy to finally find an electrician I can trust.
