More than two years ago Armstrong installing a new HVAC unit in our home but didn't complete the job as the worker said they needed a new circuit breaker which they didn't have so they had to remove a piece of the unit that made it run more efficiently. A year later I contacted them and they still didn't have the part. It's 2.5 years later and still no word from them.

They offered a fair price and rapid response. I purchased a new Carrier AC and it's perfect. Installed clean and well done.

The first call to Armstrong was made because my a.c. unit was blowing hot air. The tech came out on Mother's day to fix it. He did his best to fix it but because my unit was over 21+ years old, it was only a matter of time before she died completely and she did two days later. Everyone who lives in Florida knows that a proper a.c. unit is a MUST HAVE. I'm glad to say that after a week of suffering without any cool air my new unit was installed and has been humming ever since. The techs came early on install day to avoid the rain that was forecasted to come later that morning (brilliant move) I will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks. Great job all the way around.

Finally, an a/c company that stands behind their Product, Warranty & Reputation. Tuesday night, my ac system quit. The next day (Wed), I went to the Armstrong office in Winter Garden & met with Chris (service & repair) & Todd (sales rep). Their attitude was terrific! Let's get this fixed. We want to send the right people. Due to the severe afternoon thunderstorms, can I hang on till tomorrow morning? Yes, I agreed. Thursday morning, one, two, three work trucks arrived. Three technicians had been sent to fully fix this system. Fernando & Sam were the first to arrive. Absolutely had ""Can Do"" attitudes & were happy to be here. They were later joined by Brian, who shared the same attitude. Each worked a different problem with the system. When the 3 technicians were done, my ac system was up & running like new. Armstrong stood behind its warranty. No charge. I was amazed. As a Life long Floridian, I have found most ac companies not that competent, or reliable. This is what makes Armstrong Air unique - they are reliable, competent & have a great attitude. In fact, my mother was impressed with Armstrong, & just bought her new ac system from them last week.

Excellent service knowledgeable staff and honest pricing! Highly highly recommend :) I built my home over 22 years ago and Armstrong did the original installation. Never a second guess or any worry when it comes to my ac and Heat. Their recommendation to add a dehumidifier has been a game changer. 10 STARS!!

Armstrong is horrible. Our house was built in 2017. We moved in in 2019. In June 2020 we noticed our vents were dripping with condensation. Armstrong could not identify the problem. They thought it was due to an evaporator coil that needed to be replaced (almost every house in our entire neighborhood had to have evaporator coils replaced after 1-2 years of use).
It's a year later, our vents started dripping again this summer. We had another HVAC company take a look and they found that there is a vent blowing cold air onto the AC unit in the attic. They also found water in the duct for our Aprilaire system. The duct has holes in it that were taped over, and when we undid the tape earlier, about a quart of water came streaming out.
I called the Armstrong office to ask them to come out because it should still be under warranty, and the manager basically told me ""sorry you feel that way."" Sorry I feel what way? That water is leaking out of the vents that they installed? Also, the boots are not sealed so warm air has been getting into the ducts and causing condensation.
I wanted them to take some accountability for their work but their manager was evasive. I've spoken to my neighbors who have all had problems with this company. Hire them at your own risk.

This rating goes out to a well deserved company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. The technicians are interns, it's not their fault, but their staff is terrible. They are a group of idiots. I can go into details but it isn't simply worth it. I'd recommend for you to go anywhere else, but these people.
And to think, my home is a million dollar home, and these people were the ones who installed the HVAC systems. Could be why I have had so many issues. Now it is time to get someone else in there to fix the actual issues they created.

If you are looking to get established with an AC company, do not use armstrong! They care nothing about loyalty! I've been a cust of theirs since 2008. I called at 913am to get my ac serviced, first I was transferred to Chris who does not pick up the phone, so I called back and was told they forwarded my info to him and he would call me back. 2hrs later after no call received I called back just to be put to his phone again where again he didn't answer. On my 4th call they finally told me that they could send someone out after hours which includes after hours charges. I called in plenty of time for them to send someone before 7pm. Essentially they wanted to charge me, the loyal customer, for their mistake! Wondering now what else I was charged for that was needless. Do not use this company!!

We're having issues with leaking coils and Brian came out and was very friendly and helpful and worked with us to make sure we were able to use our warranty on our Lennox coils. He was knowledgeable and informative on what our options were and helped to make it happen with our budget. We have requested him to come back out to be the one to do the replacement. We hope we can always use him for our a/c service in the future!!
