They called me back 10 minutes later. The proper thing would have been to call back immediately to right the wrong: That does not condone the techs rude and disinterested tome towards a new potential client. It really should be a zero star. Bad business and bad customer service.

I needed an electrician yesterday and this company was able to send someone out within 2 hours. I was able to talk to a live person (Mehdi) and I didn't have to leave a message. I needed the electrician to call my back up person who had a key to our main electrical box since I had to leave and he did it without a problem.

Great and professional service! I called 2 other contractors for quotes and Armor Electric was the most capable and professional. Their pricing was also very competitive. Mehdi and Armor Electric was a great company to work with. He arrived and promptly started walking through the issue, trying to debug my inactive outlets. He spent a solid hour trying different methods of tracking down the problem. While, in the end, it seems I have a harder issue than just a basic wiring issue, he provided an estimate for future repair as well as some of the other projects I have around the house. I'd definitely call him back for future work.

Half of my outlets in my apartment didn't work, and I emailed Medhi on a Friday night and got a response within 2 hours. He just fixed the problem in a little more than an hour and came out on a Sat morning early when I just called last night. He explained the problem and what I should do to avoid it in the future. Mehdi did a great job re-wiring and replacing our breaker panel as well as running a 220V line to our new A/C. He was quick, responsive, and did all the work with good quality. Would use him anytime and recommend. The only reason for the 4 stars is it was a little pricier than other quotes but Armor had the best reviews. Price isn't everything sometimes.

Mehdi is the best ! . He came out in the evening and made the diagnosis of a faulty old panel which needed an upgrade. He scheduled the work few days later . He finished the job on time in one day and passed inspection the following day . He is very professional ,personable and cares about his clients getting a good service. In anticipation of my Tesla Model S, I needed a home charger and an update to my circuit breaker. Mehdi returned my call, came out to my house, gave me an estimate, and showed up on time to upgrade my service with the electric company, had my entire circuit breaker replaced for higher capacity, cleaned up the shoddy previous electric work, installed conduits, new wire, NEMA outlet, and even had my stucco patched up with texture. He arranged the inspections and all passed with flying colors as expected. I am so happy!

Scheduled an appointment a few weeks in advance as confirmed by owner. Never called to the confirm appointment before pre-arranged date and never received responded when tried to confirm via phone or messages (voicemail message states someone will call whom 15 minutes of the call...no one ever called). Never called on day of appointment or afterwards. Better off speaking directly to someone.
