I called Armor Electric to install my Tesla wall connector, and Mehdi came the same day to give me a free quote. He is courteous and professional, clearly explained what he was doing, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was happy to see that he drives a Tesla himself, so I trust he knows what solution works well.

The installation looks great, and Mehdi was able to show me how to use my new charger on his car, since mine wasn't delivered yet.

Mehdi responded to my email inquiry very quickly. But he was also very quickly in telling me that I need to spend $3,400 for upgrading my circuit box, while the other estimates (based on same photos) said I didn't need that and estimates are in range lower than $1,000. When he came to see the box at the house, he took it apart and I asked questions (I am an engineer) re: the current requirements and voltage requirements since there is already 240V circuit in the box (made by GE). He couldn't answer or did not want to answer and just walked away. This is very poor customer service attitude and I also felt he talked down at me. It was a waste of time. Go to another electrician!

I called Armor Electric because they were listed as Tesla-certified electricians but in addition to their expertise in installing our EV charger, replacing our old circuit panels and CFCI outlets, Armor Electric proved to be the excellent choice. Mehdi excelled beyond our expectations in every regard. He was very professional, honest and very personable. It looks clean, nothing is in a weird spot or an eye sore. Mehdi was very responsive and made sure to deliver 120%. Just had the pleasure of working with Armor Electric and would highly recommend them. I had a small/medium sized project ($2K) and went about it to get 3 bids for it. My first electrician (Powell Electric) looked at the project and me (I am female) and gave me a ridiculous bid of more than double. I knew what the project should cost, because I have done several remodels, and quickly waved goodbye to them. Armor was my 3rd quote. Mehdi scheduled and arrived as promised to give a quote. The proposal was delivered as promised in the range I was expecting. We scheduled it, he showed up with his team, walked them through the project, did a very neat job and wrapped things up. I'm still waiting for my 2nd quote.

The team is knowledgeable, considerate and reliable. I will use them again in the future and I would recommend them to friends and family.

I hired Mehdi at Armor Electric based on a referral. His work is absolutely top quality and he is fully knowledgeable of electrical codes. He's friendly, responsive, and completely professional.

First he did a complete panel upgrade at my home. I was worried because we had just recently painted the exterior stucco, but the final result looked absolutely perfect. Everything was labeled clearly and the workmanship looked simply great. Zero problems.

A few months later I hired him for an additional sub panel and wiring for a hot tub. Again, top notch service, advice, and perfect quality work.

They called me back 10 minutes later. The proper thing would have been to call back immediately to right the wrong: That does not condone the techs rude and disinterested tome towards a new potential client. It really should be a zero star. Bad business and bad customer service.
