All I've got to say is wow! I unfortunately have a terrible memory for names, so I can't give kudos to the two awesome guys Armes sent out, but they deserve it! I was quoted a total that was more than what I ended up paying, so that for starters was amazing! The guys did a fantastic job, cleaned up after themselves, and were absolutely so kind. Proper covid precautions were taken. Replaced a fan/light combo, a LED bathroom light, and installed a new outlet in about 2 hours time. They even cleaned the dead bugs out of an outdoor light/fan for me! Couldn't recommend Armes more!

I had a very last-minute emergency and not only did they answer the phone right away, but got a team of two guys (Jason and Dalton) out within 30 minutes to help me! It was a very unusual and technical problem involving an outdoor elevator malfunction in our home...they somehow managed to resolve the issue and get it working properly in a matter of 30 minutes from arrival also. I could not be happier and more grateful for their professionalism, promptness, and skill. Highest recommendation and will use again!

I've used Armes Electric a couple times now, and I've been very impressed with the final results both times. The first time was to install security lights and replace some existing fluorescent light fixtures with LED or LED-compatible fixtures. The second time was to replace a bunch of aging smoke detectors with newer models. There was a small glitch in how this work was done the first visit (partly due to some miscommunication on my part), but Armes came back out and made everything good the very next Monday (the next business day). Very impressed. Everyone is different, but I look for reviews to see how businesses handle things when things don't go perfectly the first time. Armes Electric aced that test. I would definitely use them again if I need similar services.

I highly recommend this company. They did our outdoor landscape lighting. Marcus and Ian are so professional and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and have a great attitude. Marcus even took time out of his own schedule on his day off to come by our house to make sure that The lights were hitting all the right areas. We have used Armes electric over the years and have always been happy with the quality of their work. Our most recent job was significant new and rewiring as part of a kitchen renovation, and we added a significant amount of work the day of. Armando stayed well into the evening on a Friday night to finish, way beyond our expectations and helping keep ahead of drywall the next morning! Jason and his crew were unbelievable! We just moved in and had a long list of things to take care of. First and foremost was take down an ugly 100+lb. entryway fixture & install a new one in the 20' ceiling. They did an outstanding job painstakingly paying attention to every detail. Jason is an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable. The two people with him were equally friendly & easy to ask questions to. While one guy prepared to get the large fixture up, the other two completed other miscellaneous jobs around our house. No time was ever wasted time as they came prepared to answer our questions & get whatever we needed done. They definitely set themselves apart from any other contractor we've used with their friendly customer service, cleanliness and willingness to tackle whatever issue we asked them to look at.
We're already putting a new list together in anticipation of having them return!!!

Top notch service! Technicians arrived early (after a phone call to confirm) I had a ceiling fan installed without attic space and or any electrical. Pretty sure they left the room cleaner than it was when they got here. Price was very fair. I will surely use this service again.

Scope of work: Partial re-wiring of the house, complete breaker panel upgrade (125A), and new sub-panel for detached garage (70A).

I've never seen an army of electricians, but I was amazed that 8 professionals showed up to the house to take care of everything listed above in two days! Each of them was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Pete is very peculiar about who he hires, and it shows. Flawless, safe and to-code work. New wires were clean, well installed and older circuits in the house were studied prior and respected.

Communication is second to none, and they won't hesitate to come talk to you and show you what is happening and if any hurdles are encountered, provided with solutions. They all respected the property and left it clean.

To give you a little glimpse of how good they are, the new breaker panel, much bigger than the old one needed to be reframed in the exterior wall, and so some wall studs had to be cut and relocated. On the other side of that wall is the master bedroom that just had been freshly re-plastered. They removed the exterior stucco with a pneumatic hammer and cut the old studs without disturbing a single wood lath, and without cracking, breaking or damaging the new interior wall. Truly surgical work.

So if you have an old, original or historical property and need minimal damage during electrical upgrades, hire them, they are wonderful.
