Left a message for Andy at 5:05pm on a Wednesday. He called back less than 10 minutes later. 1/2 of the circuits in my house weren't working. He said he could come by between 9a and 10a the next day. Showed up on time wearing a mask. Very friendly. He identified the problem within minutes. He went to the store and found a replacement 100amp breaker which he promptly installed. He was very clear up front about his rates and stuck to that initial estimate. I highly recommend Andy and Armaz electric after my awesome experience.

Electrical rewire of entire house including a new sub panel. The guys are fast, efficient, Newark City inspector approved their work without any violations.

We were lucky enough to be introduced to Andy and Jorge about 4 years ago, before they started their own business. We have not used any other electricians other than them since then. I even had to stalk the internet to find them when they went out on their own. Fortunately I knew their last names! They are knowledgeable, kind, friendly and my daughter named her stuffed animals after them (probably because they started to seem like family after a while!) I wish they did EVERY trade because I'd call them for everything. We've referred them to no less than 5 other friends/family. Don't hesitate to give them a call. (Actually, no don't give them a call cuz if they're too busy then we can't have them come do any small electrical job I can find! ;-) )

I've been on a bit of a yelp hiatus but wanted to hop on to review a couple of establishments I've recently done business with. I use yelp not only for eating establishments but to secure work for my house and those in my family as well. If you're reading this review you probably find value in reading other people's experiences as well. Sometimes I am skeptical when I don't see a lot of reviews for a person who does work on houses but I always get multiple quotes to cover my bases.

Andy came to the residence I was having work done and was extremely professional and thoughtful. I could tell that he had done projects large and small based on his thorough responses.

When it came to selecting a contractor after recalling my ""interviews"" with various contractors I found myself most comfortable with Armaz Electric. As I alluded to in another recent review , sometimes you run into unanticipated events and you need to feel comfortable with your contractor. We didn't run into anything in the job I had him do that spanned over several days but I'm confident Andy would have addressed it promptly.

I can confirm that I was not let down by the Yelp reviews .Working in hot temperatures Andy not only was quiet and precise with his work but he cleaned up after himself extremely well which is necessarily a given with contractors.

Since many of my neighbors own Teslas I asked if Andy does Tesla car charging stations. He confirmed he did which I very well may add to this residence in the near future if Mr. Musk can churn out a bigger car that is a little bit more visually appealing than the tesla truck prototype. Based on his work I was tempted to add one while I had him doing my project but I decided to hold off for now... So if you need an electrician give Andy a ring. I look forward to using him in the future.

Rod's Review grading scale explained. Essentially I personally base it on the likelihood of a return visit and I try to be stingy with 5 star reviews since they should be ""special"" in my eyes. Price/Value also play a role obviously but there are $ and $$$$ littered across my grading scale.

Andy and Jorge are very professional, diligent, and down to earth. They took on a big job of rewiring our house. At our first meeting to do an estimate, they went the extra mile to look behind numerous switches and outlets in every room in order to properly determine the scope of work. Throughout their project, they gave updates on their progress and timeline. Their work is very thorough and clean, and we were impressed by the organization of the wiring in our new sub panel. We are very happy with the results and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Extremely pleased with the work completed by these guys!! They were recommended by friends and we will certainly be continuing that recommendation on to others! They are very efficient in their work, completing our job much quicker than anticipated. We had recessed lighting installed throughout our first floor and they worked very hard to limit the amount of drywall cutting needed which is greatly appreciated as it means less repair work on our end. They are incredibly friendly and took great care in keeping our belongings safe and cleaned up very thoroughly upon completion. Highly recommend!

Armaz electric are not just your ordinary electrician. They go over and Beyond then an other electricians out there. They are knowledgeable and quick to diagnose your problem. There was no pressure or even felt rush to make a decision .They're have great communication skills. They always kept their word and were on time for every job. Adam and Jorge are out going and easy to work with. On the job site they are neat and clean. They did a pretty big job at my house , they took out the permits and made the appointment for pg&e and were there for every city inspections.I recommend these guys for your next project

Armaz Electric are very professional and knowledgeable. They were quick to help us with rewiring the front of our house with all updated wires. They are quick at their work. Omar and Andy both work well together as a team! They make sure to have the open communication with us to let us know certain things which is perfect! They also work very clean. They make sure that when they are done every day they clean up after themselves! I will be calling them back for sure, if i need anymore work to be done!

I work for a dental office in Pleasanton, I called Armaz electric to come in and replace some burnt out lighting. Andy and Omar came in and said the ballisters were burnt out and said needed to be replaced. They went to store and came back with all the supplies and completed the job very quick and efficient and clean manner. They also replaced a loose outlet in the lab area. Both of them were very professional, I highly recommend them. Doctor Pandher also used them to install fans in her house. They also have GREAT WORK ETHIC. Thank you Andy and Omar at Armaz electric.
