After getting multiple quotes to have the main meter panel replaced and being told by two other electric companies in the area that we needed to replace other parts or we wouldn't pass inspection by the county, Arlington said that wasn't the case. Arlington was able to replace what needed to be replaced and we passed county inspection at 1/2 the price of one of the other quotes we received and 1/3 the price of the third quote we received. Joe was super helpful and responsive and I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Arlington. I would refer them to anyone looking for an electriction!!! Thank you, Arlington!

I will start buy saying I did not use this company, so I am not rating them on their electrical service. I called the company in January 2022 and got a quote for a small electrical project that I needed to have done. Due to some reasons on my side I was unable to get the work done until now. I contacted them again this week to get the project scheduled, and they told me to sign the bid that I had, send it back, BUT there might be a change in the price because all things have gone up with the economy issues, and issues with supply chain, etc. I did not have a problem with that... they sent me a new quote 25% higher... since January!!! C'mon now... everything has gone up, but not that much...I was able to contact another electrician and have the work scheduled for a reasonable price.

Needed some new outdoor motion sensor lighting and some other inside repair issues. Tony T was sent to our home and was fantastic!! Everything was completed that morning and Tony was a great guy. Very knowledgeable and professional. No wonder everyone told me to call Arlington!

New Year's Eve, I called several other local electricians and got their answering machines or a request that I call back in a few days. I call Arlington and not only is the phone answered by an actual person, they have a tech at my home inside of a 1/2 hour and my electrical issue was diagnosed & fixed within about 15 minutes of his arrival - very satisfied!

I had Arlington Electric trouble shoot a problem I was having with my well pump breaker tripping. Greg (scheduling) was super- accommodating knowing that I had no water at my house. He was able to squeeze in a quick service call the same day I called. The first Tech missed something that eventually ended up being my issue, but Greg resent a Tech by the name of Kelly. Let me tell you, that cat is a bonafide asset to Arlington. Kelly was ultra-responsive to my calls/texts and did a fantastic job explaining what he was doing. Arlington waited to invoice me until they were sure my problem was fixed! Who does that?! Plus, since the first Tech kind of missed the problem, I was only charged for a single visit and for only an hour of time. I can't recommend them enough. Granted, I wish the first Tech ID'd the problem, but it happens. We are all human. But Greg and Kelly made it RIGHT. Save yourself a bunch of hassle and call them first. They're super busy, so you might have to wait a week or two until they can get there (if your problem is not safety related).
