Arkadiy was too kind. He came by to my house to look at the gas fire. He ended up not needing to do any work on it and he wouldn't accept a call-out fee from my wife! What a star - 5 out of 5!

I had a relatively small project to be done (pulling a cable tv cable into a spare bedroom). Some of the other highly rated electricians on Yelp wouldn't do the project because it was too small. I called Arkadiy, and he came over that evening to assess what was needed. When he came to do the work, he was efficient, super pleasant, and found a couple other things that needed to be addressed in my attic (eg, uncapped junction boxes, loose wire). He addressed these as well. He also made a recommendation for how I could get overhead lights in the master bedroom. Arkadiy is honest, easy to communicate with, and fair. Would highly recommend him.

I called Arkady in an emergency - the timer my water heater was connected to, gave up on me. He showed up in 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem, gave me few options and fixed it.

A very perceptive and consciencous worker. Will definitely use his services again, more than likely to install can lights like he suggested. I had an electrical emergency at my home late this afternoon and as a result had no power. I was told by PG&E that I couldn't turn the power back on until I had an electrician come out to look things over and deal with the problem. Multiple other electricians didn't want to both with the problem at 5:45pm today, but Arkady turned around from his drive home to Mountain View to come to San Mateo and help me. He fixed it in very little time and explained what we could do in the future to help prevent a similar problem. He told me he normally is booked 2-3 weeks out. I'm so grateful that he made the time to help me when no one else would!!!

If you have a quick project start by calling Arkadiy. He was great. None of the other three (5 star) electricians I called even bothered to return my call. Arkadiy set and kept his appointment time well. He listened well to the description of the problem. Then found and fixed the wiring issue. He's knowledgeable, polite and efficient.
