Caused more issues than fixed, and then the front office would not believe us and wanted to charge us even. On another event the plumber said one price and then the front office tried to charge $300 more. They are very shady people and are very rude in the office.
The owner of the company called me and apologized for the confusion and mix ups that resulted in such poor service. He assured me he has made the changes necessary to improve service going forward. Based on the history I have with this company, I believe him and will give them a second chance should the need arise. I appreciate the personal touch of the call, not many companies bother to read these much less respond with a call. Give them a try!
Ark Pumbing provided great service, friendly and reasonable. Highly recommend, they sent out a plumber with electrical experience to service our tankless hot water heater. Best service we've had in any arena since moving to Statesboro, thank you Ark Plumbing.
