I reached out to them with a request for installation of two ceiling fans and two bathroom vent fans/lights. I had hopes to get it done with a tight turnaround time before family visiting and they were so responsive in scheduling. Then the materials I had ordered on my own were delayed and I had to contact Aristocrat Electric to reschedule. Again, they were very friendly and flexible.
They texted when they were en route and arrived exactly at the time we had scheduled. They completed the work well and the fans are very stable.
They were flexible on form of payment and took Venmo which I really appreciated.
Also, as they were wrapping up they had us look through all the work and also asked us if we had any feedback on how they could improve. So thoughtful, thorough, and dedicated to doing quality work.
