I requested quotes from several different electricians to install a couple of Attic fans in my attic. Arias F. Electric provided a timely quote which made sense price wise and it was very reasonable comparing to the others and what my expectation was.
Felipe the owner of Arias F. Electric and his electrician showed up at my house on time as promised and were ready to work on the project. I did not have any outlets in the attic, so they had run cables to set them up. Space is very tight in our attic but Felipe and team did a professional and FANTASTIC job and up to code to run cables and setup the outlets. Once power was available they installed the two fans which woks great and reduces the heat in the attic and as the result in the entire house which helps with AC.
I strongly recommend Arias F. Electric, and in the future will use their services and will recommend them to friends and family members who need an electrician. Thanks Felipe for your great work and expertise!!

We hired Felipe to upgrade our service panel from 125 amps to 200. PG&E requires an inspection before turning the power back on, so Felipe handled all that too. We never heard from the inspector - all that went as smoothly as it could. His quote was, we thought, very reasonable, his guys were polite, do neat work, and showed up when he said they would. Like all electricians, they cut a lot of holes in the walls, but they did screw the larger pieces of drywall back in, which doesn't always happen. Moreover, when our insurance company asked for an inspection of some of the older wiring in the house, Felipe sent one of his guys over to help us out. We are pleased with the work, and would be happy to work with Felipe again in the future. We found text to be the best method of communication.

Horrible company do not use them did not install lights correctly the owner Felipe does not stand behind his work

Light fixtures were loose and he left holes everywhere where water from the recent rains have gotten in texted the owner and all he said is he is so sorry he fired his guy that installed these but he never looked over or got on a ladder to check the finished job and he never fixed his workers incompetent work that was done

I told him he should have to pay for the work that we had to pay for to have someone else come out and fix the job

Felipe and team were very professional. They came right away and installed two power outlets, two humidity sensors, and relocated two light outlets for us. And since the work was done with a permit, they brought the remainder of the bathrooms up to code for a relatively low cost. Everything passed inspection on the first go round. Thank you Felipe and team, I would highly recommend them.
