Arad did a great job quickly identifying the problem with the HVAC issue. For a reasonable price, he offered to go visit Home Depot and get the replacement part and come back and finish the work. Would recommend him for any HVAC related issues.

Arad is a very nice guy, and he came quickly to diagnose. However he experienced problem with getting the parts and then decided he won't do the repair and stopped answering my calls. I was disappointed with his handling of this repair which is not very complex.

Our downstairs heater went out at 4pm on a Friday afternoon, argh! The company who installed our heater couldn't come till Tuesday morning, at the earliest, but it was 58 degrees in my kitchen in the morning and I couldn't wait that long. On Saturday AM, I posted a request on Yelp and heard back from Arad at Aria within an hour. Other companies responded but either couldn't come that day or didn't come to my town (not sure why they responded on Yelp then??). Arad arrived on Saturday afternoon and diagnosed the broken part. He was patient, a clear communicator and respectful of masking & being clean.

The part wasn't available till Monday AM, but Arad responded to my texts on Sunday night and Monday AM to confirm that he'd get the part first thing on Monday. He picked-up the part then was back at my house by 10am on Monday - heater was up and running before noon.

I'm so grateful that Arad was able to help me on a cold weekend with this repair - meant it got fixed two days faster than another service could have been. I would highly recommend this company & Arad!

I just had Arad come out and fix my gas wall furnace. I couldn't be more pleased with his promptness and willingness to come out right away to look at my heater's problem (the heat not kicking in when I turned it on at the thermostat). As soon as I put out the enquiry with Yelp, he got back to me right away, and said he had a job in Fremont, but would come out later in the afternoon to look at my heater. Turns out his Fremont job cancelled, so he came out right away, looked at it, and quickly figured out it was just a wiring issue --- the contacts in the upper part of the heater not firmly connecting. All he charged me was the $80 estimate fee.

I also liked how conscientious he was in covering his shoes with booties and wearing mask and gloves. Very polite and friendly, too. I highly recommend Arad!!!

This company will send someone to your home, fail to do the job because they lack the proper skills, mess up your home interior in the process of their failed job, and then simply walk away.

They will then fail to take ownership of the damage they caused in your home. They will claim they didn't have a contract with you to do any work at all. And even worse, if the owner can find anything on you, he will then post false negative reviews against your own business in retaliation instead of making it right.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Wow! In retaliation of my review and speaking the truth Fari the chief executive officer decided to play childish games. Posting false review to my place of business. This should tell you alot about his character.

1. He accepted a job and was unable to complete the job
2. Left the job incomplete with damages to my drywall and attic
3. Won't take accountability
4. Gave him the opportunity to make things right and fix all dry wall cracks and holes
5. Came back and did another shady job
7. Use a cardboard box to cover a 12 inch hole.
8. In retaliation he supposedly went to my place of business and post false negative review. His Retaliation reviews was place on Google, yelp and facebook.

Our AC was not working. I called another company and they said its an electrical issue so call an electrician since they can't fix it. Arad happened to be in my neighborhood and I called him for a second look. He fixed the issue in 10 minutes and said there is nothing wrong with the AC! He didn't even charge anything. I have saved his card for the next time I have any HVAC/Electric issues in my home!
