Unfortunately this is the truth but negative. Great people very sloppy work and one very uneducated technician being charged by the hour really dragged my project out, left finger prints all over my ceilings, a fixture installed was bent and too many hours charged. Won't be using them again.

George was always very friendly and there to answer and help with any questions or issues that came up. This was a commercial job, I would recommend them 100% for any electrical work needed.

My mother used this company and they ripped her off. They over charged her for labor and the parts required for the electrical service performed. Another electric company was used to finish their work and did a much better job for a fraction of the price. I wish my mom would have let me shop around for her before using the Argo Electrical services, it would have saved her money and the headache they left her with.

George Argo came out to my home a few months back. I politely explained what had been happening throughout my house over the past couple hours. He flat out accused me of lying and then LEFT the job. He was SO RUDE and was negligent of his duties as an electrician by leaving my home in a dangerous situation. I immediately called another electrician who diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. My house was experiencing a power surge due to a neutral having gone out when a tree fell on a line.... the whole house could have blown. The new electrician made an emergency call to the power company to come fix it. I do not recommend Argo Electrical Services.... do yourself a favor and use someone else with more professionalism and competence.

George Argo demands a check for work done everyday. He walked off the job at my home after I called him out on trying to pad the work that needed to be done leaving a dangerous situation and then called and reported the problem to the electric company after he was supposed to fix it. The electric company said it needed to be corrected. I agreed and told them that was what I was trying to do. Be very careful dealing with him. If you don't do what he says and pay when he demands he will leave and report you. He also tried adding a 3% fee on my bill for paying by credit card and got angry when I said I would just send a check. Be warned

Response to owner: The technicians repeatedly told me that our can lights were to blame for the flickering lights in our house. Not once did they say anything about a switch for our AC unit.

The reason I came back and left a review a year later is because we had another company come out to finish our basement and they solved all of our issues and told us what was really going on.

We hired George Argo to rewire our 1870's farmhouse in Gainesville, GA. This was a complete gut and remodel project of a historic home. George was honest, dependable and fair priced. He brought the house up to modern standards and the building inspector commented on what an exceptional job he had done. We have referred him to other clients and have only heard praise. He came at a moments notice when my wife's office had lost power and resolved it promptly. Thank you George, it feels good to know we can always depend on you.
