Patrick is amazing! Our ceiling was 26 feet high and we needed to get the old chandelier with way too many crystals down and hang our new one. He's super professional and efficient. He built a scaffold and went all the way up and did an incredible job. Would recommend him to anyone needing any electrical work big or small.

Patrick and his crew were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. They were very conscious about safety and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The best part was they were able to finish in 1/2 day and I didn't loose any power while they were working -- no clocks to reset unlike the recent rolling back outs!

After coming highly recommended, I hired Area 12 to fix some electrical issues in a house I recently bought and Patrick was fantastic to work with. My home had a 52-year original owner before me and Patrick took the time to track down all of the hazards and poor wiring jobs over the years to make it safe for my family, while upgrading to new Decora switches, grounded outlets, and GFIs. He also wired my tankless hot water heater and grounded my panel after a full re-pipe to PEX. Patrick was on-time, had great communication, and cleaned up every day. He always pointed out anything that needed attention, without ever being pushy, allowing me to decide which items had a higher priority and needed tending to first. He was also open to doing the small jobs and not just the big ones. I would highly recommend him and we are already working on other projects together.

Patrick & Area 12 Electric is the most professional electrical contractor I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. He showed up on time when he said he would, got the job done quicker than he originally estimated and the pricing was very reasonable. He even fixed some major mistakes my previous electrician left behind free of charge. I was so pleased with Patrick and his work at my business that I even hired him to install LED can lights all over my house as well as LED under cabinet lights in my kitchen. I highly recommend Patrick at Area 12 Electric. He is excellent at troubleshooting. He was the 4th. Electrician I called regarding a GFI outlet problem. Finally there was no current at all in my bathroom.. He was so determined to find the problem and he did fairly quickly. I was really surprised because the other Electricians couldn't locate the problem. He is very considerate, and professional. His charge was fair tool. This Guy is great!!! If you have an electrical problem he is the one to call First. I plan on calling him back for some more work next week.
