We were very pleased with the quality, responsiveness, friendliness and honesty of the service visit we had from technician Ramon for our 10 year old broken Kenmore dishwasher. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the electronic board and display and also pointed out other issues which could lead to major problems with an older diswasher. His estimate of repairs convinced us that we needed to replace the unit, even though his firm would not benefit from this decision beyond the low $75 diagnosis fee. I did a request via Yelp and got a response right away. They had plenty of availability and were able to come out the same day. The Tech did a diagnosis and was able to return the next morning with the part and completed the fix. He was helpful, polite and professional. Great deal and would highly recommend!

Look no further for an appliance repair company! Our microwave stopped heating and turning and we have the microwave/oven combo, so if one goes out entirely then the whole unit needs to be replaced. I was really hoping to not have to spend thousands on a new unit when our oven was completely fine. Fix Me responded right away and was able to replace the parts for our microwave and it is just like new! I couldn't believe it! Very fair price considering how labor intensive it was to move the entire unit out. Thank you so much!!

Great service and fast response even on a Friday night after 6pm. I work 6 days a week and of course before work I notice my washer isn't draining. Ugh. I reached out on Yelp and they were nice enough to come fix my machine after 6:15 on a Friday evening. Truly a life saver as I have kids so we all know how crucial reliability in a washing machine is. Turns out a wire from a bra or bathing suit was stuck in my machine drain causing the issue. They were right on time and done by 7pm. Fast, efficient and very friendly plus affordable. Thank you!

So glad I found Fix Me. I had a terrible burning smell coming from my Bosch dishwasher. My usual repair company couldn't figure it out. The smell continued and intensified so I called Fix Me. They came out the next day and within minutes found the problem. And they charged less. I'll be taking all of my appliance repair business to Fix Me from now on.

Excellent service. No other company would fix my dishwasher unless it could be pulled out. The problem was that it couldn't be pulled out because we have flooring trapping it in place. I knew it could be fixed without this. Fix Me sent a great tech and he fixed it. He spent a lot of time on the project and the price was right.

Fix me came out to my parents home in Fair Oaks to fix their dryer. After some troubleshooting they we able to fix the dryer which has been running great ever since. They were upfront with the price, which was very reasonable, with no hidden fees! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend them!
