I think the worker are over work, A 12 to 15 hr day is long, I do appreciate the quick response. A little sketchy on their estimates.

Last month I was in need of a quick and affordable appliance repair when my refrigerator went out. (Would not cool fridge, only freezer)
Within minutes I had a technician to come out the following morning for repairs. The process was fast, easy, very reasonable at $200 for a new control board and defrost.

I would have rated 5 stars however I am now having freezing issues in my refrigerator section regardless of setting.
I did contact fix me last week and they promptly sent out a tech. A new sensor was installed free of charge (1 year warranty on repairs).
It seemed to be ok for a day, now it's freezing everything in the back half of the fridge.
I'm sure we will get to the bottom of it, but it's a number I now need to call again for a follow up.

This company is the BEST! I wish I could give them more stars. I am having trouble with my refrigerator. The repairman came and replaced a part. The next day I had trouble again. The same repairman came back out and tried another way to fix it without charging me. He said if it doesn't do the job they will refund the money I paid for the original repair. He even shook my throw rug at the front door because he thought he tracked some dirt on it! I had only used them once before for my washer. It was great and prices are so reasonable.

Our fridge was leaking due to a clogged defrost drain.
They were able to schedule the repair same day and were very responsive and reliable.
Roman was able to diagnose and complete the repair in less than an hour. Highly recommend, great service !

My wife and I were on vacation came home and the garage refrigerator had stopped working. Lost all the food. Called fix me the next morning and they were out by 11 am to diagnose the problem. The repair man found that the problem was two circuit boards. He went and then he got the repair boards and told me he could get the job finished that day. It was a long day for him. He got to our house at 9:45 PM and got the boards installed and the refrigerator going. Way above and beyond the call of duty. the next day the company called to make sure everything was working well. Never right reviews but I had to for this company they were fantastic.

My microwave stopped spinning and heating so I called on Saturday morning hoping I could get a same-day repair. I tried many online websites claiming a same-day service but turned out to be scheduled to weekdays or even more days later.
To my surprise, I not only got a same-day schedule but also the service window was within 1hr! Rim came within the window and repaired my microwave. He was very friendly and explained what went on and how he fixed.
I was hesitated to call Fix Me since there were not many reviews but I am glad I did! Was afraid it would be a scam or there will end up with no-show or an irresponsible handyman. Fix Me saved my microwave especially on weekend!
I definitely recommend Fix Me!

If you are looking for someone to fix your appliances, Rim is the man to do it. He was very professional and very helpful. Don't waste your time looking for anyone else! This is the guy right here and 100% vouch! Rim fixed the heating element in my dishwasher for a reasonable price.

My GE dishwasher that is only two years old stopped working. Roman was able to come out the same day and diagnose the issue. He assisted with replacing the control board and it's working great. He was very courteous when in our home.

Called them on Friday, and someone came to take a look within the time frame window. He replaced some items in our samsung dryer and now it's working again. Definitely recommend this company.

Our dishwasher was leaking and I wasn't able to figure out why. I called Rim and he identified the problem, found the part needing to be fixed, and installed it the next day. He wasn't able to just replace the hose piece, so he just changed out the whole pump and still gave me a great deal.
