Horrible customer service, unprofessional, damaged AC ducts & wouldn't take responsibility and just plain way overpriced. No wonder they have 3 star reviews. A customer asks to make their home safer & they won't help. We used Arcs & Sparks several times to install lights, switches, outlets and to correct wiring performed by others (some prior to home purchase some current). Work was decent; however, workers kicked two AC ducts causing them to become disconnected and unsealed. When the issue was reported, they denied their actions blaming it on the handyman doing a bathroom reno. As we had money saved for new lights and to correct issues they reported to us, the owner Cesar sent us a rude text they would not help because others had worked in our house. Previous rude texts were received and saved as evidence of serious unprofessionalism by the owner Cesar. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Had the guys from Arcs & Sparks run electrical for a heat pump for my pool. Did a great job, looks great! There is some lead time (couple weeks at least) since everyone is busy and backed up. Scheduled for a Monday and they had a cancellation so ended up being Friday. Crew that came out was professional and knew their stuff. Will use again for future electrical needs.
