Needed electrical work done at my home. Archie assessed the situations quickly and provided prompt professional service. He cleaned up the area where he was working and provided clear follow up instructions for me. I was very pleased with his service.

I wanted more light in my dining room which has a 14 ft. ceiling with a flat center. I called Archie's Electrical Services and Archie came out that evening and gave me a quote for two 6"" LED can lights. Today the work was completed and I am so happy with the new lights. I love it even more at night, what a difference the LED lights make. It's exactly what I needed. I was concerned that I might be wasting money if I didn't get the results expected, but Archie knew what was needed for amply lighting. His expert recommendation was spot on. I can't wait to use the dining room during the holidays.

Don't walk...... run away from this guy. He has anger issues and is very berating. His work may be fine, but life is too short to have to deal with this type of person. One star was the lowest available rating.

Based on the other reviews, I almost did not hire this electrician. However, his price was competitive and he responded quickly to my request. He and his worker installed some ceiling fans and replaced some lighting that another electrician installed incorrectly in the kitchen. Overall, I was pleased with the work and their consideration of cleaning up after and leaving my home as they found it. I will definitely use his services again.

Did not hire this contractor for the following: received a quote and was informed that other repairs were needed to be completed prior to the electrical. (Replacement of the fuse box and meter damaged in a recent storm) When the other repairs were done I made several attempts to contact and received no response. Upon further research into this contractor I have found a pattern of poor reviews, which to me, says more than one positive tip on Yelp. I will say that the quoted price was competative, but if a contractor is busy than could at least schedule a time or let one know that they are unable to get to the job. Had to find another contractor, who did charge more, but did the job.

Didn't hire him had him come out and he did with a promise of a discounted rate now online it said electricians get $50-100 per hour the job of mine was simply disconnect a converter box reconnect new about 30 minute. If I was not blind I'd do it myself. PPL charges less and they told me I can do it easily

We had 3 contractors call a very major job. Archie was in the middle price wise which seemed very knowledgeable. When he start of the job there were no major issues. However, he did hire a Dan Lambert to dig a trench and promised him $200 paid him $100.

The job involved running larger wires from the transformer to our meter. He installed a new meter Box and fuse Box.The wire size from the transformer was four zero. I later found out that he only ran two zero wire from the meter Box to the fuse Box. To other electricians told me that this was unacceptable and could cause a fire.

When I contacted Archie to rectify the problem he told me to stop sending him bullshit texts (his words). He obviously refuses direct if I the problem. I now have to hire another electrician to correct the work he did.

I cannot recommend this contractor if he refuses to stand behind his work. I may have to start a small claims action against him to recover what I have lost.
