Same tactics.
No call back during 48 hours of opening the claim.
I opened the claim on Monday 12th.
I called him up on Wednesday 15th.
He said he will come next Thursday and will call me next Wednesday in advance.
Nobody's called next Wednesday.
Nobody answered this Thursday.
So here i am 10 days after opening claim, no service and no hope of such.
I would not use his services if he paid me.

I have Fidelity Home Warranty and Cody's was the company that they sent for my claim. After reading his reviews I was a little hesitant. But, he called me immediately to schedule an appointment. I actually called him back on Easter Sunday, and was surprised that he answered on a holiday. He came to my home as promised and took care of the problem immediately. I found him to be very professional, and not at all what some ""Yelpers"" had put. Go ahead and give him a call. But if you have a warranty company - and the company doesn't cover certain things, you cannot blame Cody. He left me with my dining room light working once again. Thanks Cody!

This company is the worst.

A year and a half ago this company was assigned to fix some electrical issues that took out my power post-Harvey. He no called-no showed once and called to reschedule twice (both times when he called to reschedule his appointment window was about to end). He finally showed up five days after the initial service appointment. This was on Friday afternoon of Labor Day weekend. He completed the work after five, so the City of Austin could not restore power till the following Tuesday. To be clear, power went out Saturday night, initial service request is Monday, he actually shows up Friday and power is not restored till the following Tuesday.

I had another electrical issue this weekend. My home warranty company scheduled Arc Fault again. And again, Cody called near the end of his appointment window to say he needed to reschedule. This time I decided I didn't want to deal with the hassle of this guy and just called my home warranty company to ask if they could provide a professional electrician instead of this guy. I would recommend the same to anyone else.

If you happen to be going through a home warranty company, and bothered to check this review (probably because it's been an unreasonable amount of time and you have not been able to speak to anyone), call your warranty company and request that they stop using this company. Just scroll through the rest of the reviews if you need further evidence.

I have actually paid the service fee to this company twice, and they have so far not fixed anything. They put me off for weeks, left the one time they showed up without finishing the job, then put me off for weeks again until my warranty company just assumed it was cool. Who knows what the warranty company paid for the unfinished work.

A year later, I manage to get a few days to sit around and wait for electricians to show up and finally fix my outlets and switches (at this point, I could probably go on Youtube and figure it out myself, but I paid for my f***ing warranty, so I shouldn't have to), and unfortunately, I find out my warranty company has contracted the same fools. I called them repeatedly for days. Voicemail is full, no answer, over and over. I finally get somebody and he says he is driving and doesn't believe he got the service request from weeks ago, but he's going to check on it as soon as he can and call me back. So a few hours later, when he hasn't replied, I called my warranty company again to explain the situation and request someone else. First, they had to double check with him...somehow, he's still driving and still planning to ""check"" on the service call when he gets wherever he's going.

The one time a guy showed up after ridiculous hand-holding and shepherding, he was very nice, but, nothing got accomplished. The owner obviously DOES NOT CARE or this would not be continuing and the negative reviews would not be unanswered. I'm a business owner. A negative review on Yelp or other site kills me. These people DO NOT CARE and do not deserve your business.

Looks like I'm not the only one that had the same experience.
Home warranty company assigned him as a contractor, I spoke with him and we arranged an appointment. The day came and it was a no-show...
Called him and he said he was sorry, we re-scheduled and then got the second no-show.
Wasted a lot of my time!

I had a similar experience that Lauren had. Cody came about as the service tech assigned by my home warranty company. After an automated appointment schedule, I called to confirm verbally and establish the date/time. I called him on the day and he was completely lost and could not even find the work order. He said he will come tomorrow morning. Tomorrow comes, no call, no show, no response to my voice mails. Never calls back. I call him again and he is again as lost as he can be. I figure I am glad he did not actually come at this point, so I can find someone who can reliably fix this issue.

Cody was great! He came out even on a day when he was very busy and had to squeeze us in. He quickly diagnosed our electrical problems and fixed them. He also was very polite, professional, and helpful.

We have used ARC Fault Electrical Services on 3 occasions and we could not have been more pleased with the quality of service and the communication leading up to the appointment. Very professional staff and I highly recommend using these guys the next time you need electrical contractor services. Very affordable prices too!

Waited 24 hrs+ for Arc/Cody to schedule appt to fix electrical issue via Select Home Warranty, but, when Arc didn't call, I googled him and found majority one-star (*) ratings due to Cody's NO-SHOW history. Called Select to request another contractor, but, no one was available for 2 weeks(?), so, I called Arc to schedule appt. which Cody set for Friday, 1:00-2:30p with him promising to give me a call if time, etc. changed. When he did not show or call by 4:00p, I called Select Warranty to contact Cody when he informed them (not me) that he would not be able to get to my job that day and did not work on Saturday! In spite of asking Select to assign my job to a different contractor, they again re-assigned Arc even after I told them I did not want to waste any more time waiting for Arc. So, Select Warranty is equally responsible for my issue still being in limbo since they seem to contract with companies that have little to no work ethics or concern about the well being of the customer!!!

We were referred to Cody through our home warranty company. After he diagnosed the problem I told him I wanted to move forward with the correct repair regardless of if it was covered as we had NO AC or REFRIGERATION. READ EMERGENCY.

Days later I am being told gibberish about how they had to wait to see if the warranty would cover it and his partner taking two days off this week so he can't start the job till for three more days leaving us a week without power. He doesn't seem to understand why ""My buddy is taking two days off later this week"" when we asked him to move forward last Friday is not considered decent customer service to me.

Don't waste your time. Now we have to seat over with a new electrician because he is not equipped to handle the job we hired him for last week.
