After scheduling with them and taking time off work, they never showed up or responded after repeated calls and emails. I am trying to get a generator switch panel installed. I hope everything is ok with them.

Hired ARC to complete a hotel lighting job (solar carports). I found them to be super responsive and knowledgeable. Not the cheapest out there but jumped on the work and got it done well despite some challenges on site (existing conduit runs not easy).

Competent electrical work in a wide variety of tasks. Knowledgeable installing and modifying high-power commercial/industrial, 3-phase 208 and 480 volt wiring for industrial machinery. We used ARC three times to install new electrical feeds for new machinery in our shop and to install additional lighting fixtures. Quick response when called, reasonable pricing, and efficient (fast) work for overall good value. Normally gets work done with minimal direction, but complex work requires written instructions to get all details of work done as wanted. Overall very satisfied with work performed, but sometimes minor details get overlooked and require rework, which gets done promptly.

The house electric power was off and I called for an emergency check. They quoted me $80 per visit. I was told that they will submit a proposal to me on Monday. I did not received anything for a week. When I called they said they would need me to paid the bill in order to receive a proposal. I am very disappointed. I have to look for another services.

Owner not responsive and forgets about commitments they made. Will agree to do work, then forget to schedule the job and make excuses why they are not showing up. Very unprofessional, even though they have great
technicians.
Bid work then not show up and didn't even call to say they wouldn't be showing up.

We contacted ARC to install a bedroom light/fan that we had purchased at Costco. Omar arrived right on time, at the beginning of the two hour window. He was polite, friendly, and wore a mask the entire time he worked. He was efficient and did a fabulous job! We are pleased with the outcome and would definitely welcome Omar back for future electrical work!

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I had an appointment scheduled with an arrival time of 12-2pm. After reaching out multiple times via phone call, text message and Thumbtack, I received a text message at 2:25pm saying that the person was in route and sent me pictures of a truck with a flat tire and on a hitch. There was no explanation of what happened, but as a professional courtesy I would expect the service person to call and explain that they would be delayed. Waiting for my deposit refund.

Victor and his team came in Aug 2019 to move some outlets and add a few outlets to my church for an expansion project. He was responsive and we met to go over the details. The quote was good and he was able to complete the work quickly.
We also requested that he file a permit with the town for the modifications. ARC took care of all the paperwork and scheduled the inspector to come review the work. The only downside was that they were unable to sit and wait for the inspectors long timeslots (similar to waiting for Comcast), when they had other clients they needed to get to.

His team was knowledgeable and easy to work with, would rehire for future projects.

We needed an electrician to wire up our whole house generator so we contacted ARC to get a proposal. Victor and his crew were nothing but professional and kept in touch with us every step of the way. When the natural gas modification resulted in our water heater not functioning, he contacted their contracted plumber immediately and it was taken care of the next day. I would highly recommend ARC for your lighting and electrical needs!
