Absolutely horrible experience. Hired for new construction and they pretty much screwed up everything possible. Single handedly responsible for over a year in construction delays. They put 20amp fuses on 15 amp rated wire (even though job was bid for 20 amp wire). Luckily was caught before electrical fire occurred. Fixtures throughout house installed crooked and protruding from walls. Multiple high end fixtures had their transformers burned out because installer didn't follow manufacturer directions. I personally walked the framed house with Josh before his crew started work and watched him pencil in close to 30 customizations on the plans. His crew showed up and didn't complete one of the customizations because they ""were never told."" Screwed up load calculation for the house and many many other issues. After 18 months of incompetence they were fired from the project and replaced with a capable electrician.

Made an appointment a week in advance. Josh said he would be out first thing, on friday, after he dropped his kids off at school. I waited and waited, then finally text him and asked if he was coming out today. Took 40 minutes before I got a reply. Then, was told if I could wait he would call me after he got out of a meeting. I understand things can come up, but if you can't make an appointment, then you should communicate with your customer and let them know there is a delay and why. I told Josh NEVERMIND. Evidently I wasn't important enough to communicate with. I called another electrician and didn't even mess with ARC electric.

Very unprofessional! Never once called a company to tell them their truck driver almost hit my car with the kids inside and have them hang up on me. Josh was very unprofessional! I will admit I was very upset the first time I called as I was in shock. He proceeded to text me and harass me. He said it wasn't one of his trucks but I have a dash camera that says other wise. I mean how did I get your #? I'm actually scared at this point. Update: got with Hays county PD and put in a report just in case he keeps harassing me or shows up to my home.

Josh and his team did the full electrical installation on my new construction home. There were multiple issues during the build including bad wiring jobs, blowing the fuse and controller on a gas light that was clearly labeled to not plug into 110V, failing to install outlets and left gaping holes with wiring exposed, etc.

Additionally, shortly after I moved in, the GFCI circuit that my garage doors and tankless water heater are on failed and could not be reset. I contacted Josh multiple times and left messages about not having hot water with no response. I got smart and left him a message from a different cell phone number indicating 'new work' for him and he quickly returned my call. Once he learned who I was, he bailed on the call and never honored the warranty on my new home electrical work. I spent over $16,000 on this job and am extremely disappointed with the quality, failure to warranty work as stated in my home warranty, and overall dishonesty.

This company was working on lot next to us and if you want arrogant workers with loud boom boxes pick them, otherwise a find a more professional company to do your electrical work.

Josh and his team left a big hole in interior sheet rock when installing a new electric panel. He didn't bother fixing it or apologizing for the inconvenience. Also, after installing two new breaker panels - his team didn't label the breakers. Had to come back out and coordinate schedules to make it happen.

Get three bids, if you decide to use Josh, make sure you are on site observing the quality of work and don't pay until everything is correct. I screwed up and ""trusted"" he could do the work on our lake house with little supervision.
