The availability of an appointment was reasonable especially since it was not an emergent situation. Our previous experience with them with another issue several months ago was dealt with expertly despite the challenges. We had several small projects lined up including a bigger one of putting in a 240 V outlet into our garage area. I am so glad that I did not try and do any myself! The first was not just a GFI outlet issue but involved a wire to an outdoor fixture that had unexpectedly eroded the insulation ! It had shorted out inside the external opening without enough wire length to use, and required accessing the it inside. An even more challenging project involved running a wire from the right breaker box two levels above to a suitable access point in the garage for the 240V outlet. This required ingenuity, creative problem solving, and the right tools and assistance. Both Teddy and Jonathan went above and beyond, staying until late in the evening on a Friday trying to come up with a fix, and then coming back the next Monday evening after a full day of work to finish the project with a creative solution. Throughout they both remained positive and genial, tolerating my questions and looking over their shoulder with good humor, expertise, and judgement. The cost was reasonable for the time and effort exerted, and I would definitely use them again.

They offer a free estimate, but the minute they arrive, you are told there will be $240. fee for ""diagnosing"" the problem. THEN you get free estimate!

Second time having Teddy Davis from Arc Angel to our house on Kiawah. The man is as reliable as a hammer and his work is meticulous. I am a tough customer. Trying to convince him to start doing HVAC and plumbing because he is by far the best trade we've used in 3+ years of working on this Kiawah house. Teddy, let me know when you want to tackle leaky toilets or install dishwashers!

We have some strange wiring situations in our house that unfortunately is beyond my DIY capabilities. We have had Teddy out to our residence twice. Both times he solved the problem quickly. He was polite, on-time, and professional. He also took the time to show me why we had the problem, and then how he solved it. Shows he was willing to share his knowledge and expertise.

Teddy also provided a quote for services when he arrived, prior to statrting any work. This is helpful because you know exactly what the cost is upfront, instead of wondering or being caught off guard. I HIGHLY recommend this company and Teddy specifically.

Teddy was amazing today! He was scheduled to provide an estimate on a few things noted on my inspection report and to also install a light in my shower (per my request, it wasn't listed on my report). I thought I would have to schedule an appointment at a later date to have the light installed and the other issues taken care of. To my surprise, he had everything he needed to get all of the jobs done in approximately 2 hrs and 45 mins! From the walkthrough for the estimate, to calculations from within his utility van, and finally the actual work... only 2 hrs and 45 mins! We did a thorough post inspection of his work and it was more than what I had expected to be completed so quickly! I'd also like to add that I requested for a quote to replace all of my smoke detectors and install CO2 detectors. But being that I was having a security system installed the next day, he was completely transparent and honest with me by telling me to hold off on getting them installed and to wait for what the security company does for me (since they will likely install monitored smoke/fire/CO2 detectors). I very much appreciate his advice and the awesome service he provided today! I will be reaching out to Arc Angel Electric again for future projects.
