We asked the company to assess 3 electrical issues at our home and were told the assessment was free of charge. A technician came and told my wife that the assessment was actually $220 and made her sign on an ipad to accept that. My wife reluctantly agreed with the hope that this would address the most important issue we had i.e. our patio lights not working. After the assessment, she was finally told that the very issue of the patio lights was the 'responsibility' of our pool maintenance company and not theirs. If the technician had told my wife before that there was a possibility this issue was not something the company could address, she would never have agreed to pay the $220! In addition the charge for the other 2 services was extortionate and ultimately we ended up being asked to pay $450 for getting 2 LED lights replaced. I believe it is a very poor, deceiving and unreasonable business practice to ask someone to pay $220 for an assessment of a problem that the business knows it's not their responsibility. I have called the business owner to ask for a refund but his explanation was that they have done everything 'by the book' since my wife agreed in advance to pay the $220. This justification doesn't stand since she signed something totally deceiving. I have raised a complaint with the BBB for unfair and deceiving business practices and may take legal action.

Very fast to respond and get on site to do the work. It was a fair price for quality work installing a whole home surge protector and adding a few outlets. I would recommend.

Needed 2 20 amp outlets in my garage. Arc Angel showed up on time, provided a thorough estimate and explained what I was getting for the price. Within a few hours I had the two outlets installed. Materials were on their van and was installed and mess was cleaned up. All for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend!

We had no power in master bed/bathroom.
I called and asked if someone might be able to come the same day ( no emergency call). Later I got a call that there was an opening and an electrician is on the way.
Estimated cost for only troubleshooting was $217. ---well I had no choice at this point. The problem was found within 5 minutes and fixed easily within 5 more.
I was pleased with the service but must say the price is way over board. For that reason I would not recommend or hire them again!

I only take the time to comment if a company is really bad or really great. In this case we are talking great. I have had to rely on Arc Angel a couple times for issues in my house from rodents chewing wires in the attic to bad original wiring. Each time I cringe at what the estimate might be but every time they diagnose the exact problem quickly and fix it fast and affordable. It would be easy to make up fake conditions and problems and charge an arm and a leg but this company is always honest and accurate. They are all well trained and even patient as they answer my dozens of questions. I will use no other company. This is my first and only call for electrical work.

They did the electrical for our new construction custom house in Dunwoody. Everything was done perfectly, quickly and neatly.

The electrical panels were done so well that even the building inspector was impressed. He wanted to know who did the installation. He said that he had never seen a breaker box that wired so neatly.

We had a couple of GFCIs that were acting up after we moved in. Arc Angel was quick to come in take care of the situation.

They did such a great job that I used them to do the electrical for my business build-out as well.

Happy customer......won't use another electrical company.
