We had this company come out to give us a quote for an installation of recessed lighting. They came when they were scheduled and were nice and informative during the time they were there. My husband followed up with them to proceed with the installation scheduling. The installer never returned our call. He called the company and a woman said she would have someone call and they never did. He reached out one more time with no response, so we decided to use another company. Too bad for them, just money lost due to no response.

I find that the 5 star rating here is the most misplaced of all ratings on Yelp. At the time of many of these 5 star reviews builders were left high and dry by Arc with no one answering the phone, responding to any requests whatsoever.

My home was missing 7 ceiling fan remotes found a year later taped together in the attic with left over wires, switches and bulbs...yet they know for a fact they were never here. And that's only the beginning. In the middle of construction they left in August 2020 to complete another home for months.....and did not return until November.

I had an issue with the circuit breaker and called Arc Angel Electric to repair. They were very responsive, affordable and professional. Austin (Technican) was very professional and courteous. I told him I knew what the issue was and he verified and repaired it in no time.

I wanted to take the time to leave some positive feedback about Nathan Hensley and his colleague Shaud. I can't say enough good about the two of them. I had 2 pendants, and 2 ceiling fixtures installed. The old fixtures needed to be uninstalled as well. The guys are polite, ontime and do a fantastic job of installing each and every fixture down to the precise measurements. It's a pleasure when you receive service providers with this level of integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Chris & Scott came out to solve an electrical mystery that two contractors before them were unable to solve. They were relentless in their pursuit of answers and figured out and solved the problem. I have learned my lesson and will call Arc Angel FIRST next time I have an electrical problem! These guys are well trained and we're very personable and professional. I had outlets in both of my upstairs bathroom not working for nearly 2 months and am thrilled they were able to find the loose connection and fix the problem. Thank you!!
