Had the pleasure of using Arc Angel Electric for a few projects on our new house. Everything was perfect! Joe showed up for the estimate exactly on time and explained every step of the way what would be included in the estimate/work. Very professional visit. I decided to have them do the work based on this experience, they set the bar for customer service and no one else even came close. On the day of the repairs, I received a text notice that Joe was on his way and a nice Uber like link to track his progress. In Atlanta rush hour traffic this was a nice touch.

Joe and his helper started on time and asked questions along the way to ensure we would be happy with the final product. We were! They cleaned up each work location and demonstrated the operation of the new features.

We had a smoke detector fail and needed a quick response. We received same day service for the job. We have 21ft ceilings where this detector failed and needed a tech with an extra tall ladder.

2 techs showed up on time with the extra tall ladder. They took extra care, moved furniture and were very careful with our home. They did a great job.

In setting up the service, the manager I spoke to was very accommodating with information and a ball-park quote. They completed the work within the initial quote which was quite reasonable compared to others I received.

I highly recommend Arc Angel.

Had Dakota from Arc Angel do a simple job to change out a dimmer switch to a normal light switch to support a new ceiling gain recently installed.

He arrived on time, was pleasant, informed me of the work to be done, provided an estimate and quickly completed to work in a quality manner.

I chose Arc Angel Electric strictly based off the positive reviews I read on this site. I would recommend this company to others as I am completely satisfied with the service I received. The electrician,Mr. Rutledge, found the source of what I thought was my main problem (kitchen, breakfast area and bathroom lights not turning on)and repaired what could be repaired same day (bad switches replaced). He also showed me I have a more serious issue with my electrical box that needs attention soon. He wired my doorbell camera with ease. He answered all my questions with patience even those I repeated for clarity. I will have more work done but I feel I chose a company that will do quality work.
