Chris and his team did another major chandelier install for us and it went great as usual. They had to reinforce the floor from below in order to bring a lift in to hoist the main part of the chandelier to the ceiling as it weighed hundreds of pounds.
Chris has installed many chandelier for us and he is very professional and detailed. He takes the time to do the job the right way and genuinely cares about the work he is doing.
We will continue to call Arc Angel and Chris for all of our lighting needs!

I had Austin Waits form Arc Angle Electric onsite for a power loss issue on a partial circuit. Several lights and outlets. I could not have been more impressed with how he communicated the plan and executed in a expedient manner. His professional approach and expertise really showed. Once the issue was resolved, he made sure all the grounds were solid and leads were tight. All the work was documented. Could not be more pleased with the work. Will use AAE and specifically Austin again!

Austin came out to determine the root cause of our appliance not working and provided detailed steps in how to prevent further damage to our electrical panel. We had this company come out to give us a quote for an installation of recessed lighting. They came when they were scheduled and were nice and informative during the time they were there. My husband followed up with them to proceed with the installation scheduling. The installer never returned our call. He called the company and a woman said she would have someone call and they never did. He reached out one more time with no response, so we decided to use another company. Too bad for them, just money lost due to no response.

I find that the 5 star rating here is the most misplaced of all ratings on Yelp. At the time of many of these 5 star reviews builders were left high and dry by Arc with no one answering the phone, responding to any requests whatsoever.

My home was missing 7 ceiling fan remotes found a year later taped together in the attic with left over wires, switches and bulbs...yet they know for a fact they were never here. And that's only the beginning. In the middle of construction they left in August 2020 to complete another home for months.....and did not return until November.
