I just had a full water filtering system installed by Aqua Systems in our new home. The whole process, new to us, was just flawless from first evaluation of needs by Chase to installation. After the install, Billy took the time to explain how the entire system works. They are real pros and incredibly kind and prompt to respond. Thanks guys !

Jim is a great technician who is honest and competent and a nice guy. I called hom to come check out my system that had stopped working. He was busy but fit me in to his schedule the next day. He arrived, found the issues, fixed them and was as pleasant a technician as any who I have hired. Plus, his price was very fair. Good guy , good price great service.

Our family has used Aqua Systems numerous times over the years and will continue to do so. They do an excellent job, big or small, and deliver it on time and on budget. More importantly though, the owners are friendly, honest and trustworthy people. Aqua Systems put in a sprinkler system at my mother's house and Jim was kind enough to make several trips to the house after the job was finished to show her how to reset her timer. Such a sweet, patient guy!

I am very pleased with Austin Aqua Systems. Jim did a great job installing a sprinkler system at my rental home in Austin (I live in Houston), protecting the new yard as well as the new tree (for which he did a special watering system). He also installed the controls outside, to make them easier to check if renters are not home, but also taught the renters how to use the system. Finally, when the new tree was planted, he noticed it needed supports to protect it from falling, but the tree company hadn't installed the supports, so for a nominal price he purchased the necessary materials and did the supports. This is the sort of customer service that can only be found in a small business. That is why Austin Aqua Systems will continue to get my business. .. pb

I recently had Aqua Systems do a full yard sprinkler system, including flower beds. They were easy to work with from the initial quote to the installation and follow up. The work was completed quickly and professionally with minimal impact to my yard. After install they did a great job explaining how everything worked and what kind of maintenance would be needed. I highly recommend them for any irrigation or landscaping needs!

Jim installed new lawn irrigation system 2 years ago. I complained of poor coverage as soon as it was noticable that summer. Crews came out more than once but problem persisted. Jim would not return calls. I reported to BBB but no good resolution there. I decided to bite the bullet and contact reputable others. First other explained that system could work with different type heads, also could not find all heads shown on Aqua Systems drawing. New heads did not resolve. Second other explained that heads are too far apart - more heads is proper fix, also found busted pipe flooding main control box in yard when one station running. Waiting for repair.
I do NOT recommend!
