If you enjoy burning stacks of cash then Aqua is the company for you. If you believe that a plumber should make more than a specialized physician then Aqua is the company for you. If you believe one hour of work is worth almost $300 then this company is right up your alley.
Two suggestions for you though. First, ask what medical school your technician attended when they hand you your bill. Second, make sure they provide lube for your comfort.

I called this company to give them or to get a estimate on a drain in the basement while he talked me into doing more work with finesse clean out on the outside gave Brent a 1545 deposit and thinking about it I decided to go with another option and this is on May 27th at 2022 Brent send me text messages stating that he would put the money back on my card and it's yet to happen this is June 15th and nothing but a run around has been going on so now I'm in the process of filing a small claims against this company if you want a headache this is the one that go to

We had aqua plumbing come out to look at a toilet that was flushing slowly. The plumber made a slight adjustment on the toilet and replaced a $9.98 fill valve in another. I was stunned to be presented with a bill for $277.00 for literally 15 minutes of actual work. When I asked for an explanation and an itemized paper bill, the plumber called his office and I was threatened with collections. I should have read the reviews. A truly horrific experience! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I had a service person come 2 hours early, he left message but I was at Dentist, by the time I got home he had the ouside unit apart. Didn't even get to watch what he was doing, next thing you know it, he said I was out of Puron. Then he said my coil had a leak before he took cover off air handler. Then I said prove I have leak and he was out of Puron and needed Nitrogen to test it. A sad story getting charged over 300.00
I got a quote for a new unit but chose another company which was much cheaper and arrived at scheduled time.

Two incompetent Technicians from Aqua Plumbing & Air incorrectly diagnosed problem with AC System. An ethical and experienced AC service was called and confirmed there was no leak in the system. Further, Aqua failed to replace Motor and Module. While claiming to have replaced both, the invoice shows they only replaced the Module. The incorrect diagnosis of a refrigerant leak and air conditioning repair could have forced me to needlessly pay up to $3,000 according to an Aqua Technician. The utilization of inexperienced Technicians at Aqua Plumbing & Air will cost you more now and in the future. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for experienced HVAC service technicians or at least get a second opinion from a legitimate company. Manager stated he couldn't understand why a second opinion was needed. When thousands of dollars are on the line it is only prudent to get a second opinion. I'm glad I did. Too many companies try to take advantage of female customers.

Backflow checked Jan-2022 by Camilo (aka ""Papi""). Arrived right on time. Tested okay. What a great guy! Friendly. Excellent people skills. You can tell he loves his job and speaks very highly about Aqua Plumbing. He's a great advocate and asset to your company. We're happy to continue using AP&A for our A/C and plumbing. Thanks.

In 2018 I contracted Aqua Plumbing to replace the plumbing in a house that I was remodeling. Three years later I have a leak in the master bathroom. I called Aqua Plumbing to help me find the leak and repair it. They sent a Plumber out to repair it. Unfortunately, he could not find where the leak was coming from but he did charge me $379. I feel that they should stand behind their work since I originally paid them several thousand dollars to replace the plumbing in the house.
I also had Aqua Plumbing install a backflow valve. They quoted me a price of $610.00 but charged me $819.00.
Lesson learned, I not using them again.

The took advantage of senior citizen. Provided no quote and overcharged for work done. I contacted company and can't get them to return call.

They never performed a service for us. We called them to have a quote and they charged $150 for the call. We contacted them after asking for a refund but they never refunded us.

What a mess I had a clogged sink and washing machine water backing up They came and made hole in wall, fixed sink pipe and taped wall back up with duct tape and said they would be back to finish job. I wrote a check for over $700 dollars... They forgot to put pipe together under sink so when I turned water on , it came out all over floor. They came to tightened pipe and I never heard from them again. I have called and left messages, no one will call me back . I cannot do wash for fear pipe will burst I am calling Better Business to report them. I have a hole in wall and no idea why they refuse to take my call.
