unfortunately this company has gone downhill quickly. it went from being a company that cared about their customers and quality of work to being extremely incompetent and careless. when I would call to voice my concerns, they were ignored. we cancelled our aqua one plan and are completely done doing business with this company. I don't know how they are still in business. I wish I would have listened to the complaints on Nextdoor months ago. it would have saved us huge headaches and stress.

I am writing a review for my 99 yr. old mother, Mildred Foster, Camelot East, customer of Aqua Plumbing for a number of years. On Christmas Eve, she called early in morning, because she did not have heat in her mobile home, extreme cold weather hit Sarasota that day. The service man did come out around six that evening and replaced a part that needed taken care of. On Tuesday, she called the answering service, & explained that she had received a few coupons in the mail a few days prior, which she had forgotten she had. well the woman answering the phone told her she should have given the coupon to the repairman at the time, and told her it was too late to do anything about it, and hung up the phone on her. Mom tried calling back, and only received a busy signal. How rude! It wasn't really about the $10.00, but rude service to her.

I'm finding when building a new home 5 years in you start to have issues. My husband is very handy but there are things beyond him. Company is responsive, prompt and professional. I would prefer to not have a bill as plumbers are not cheap but we needed help. They were on time, pleasant and professional. I will use again.

I needed replacement of a small device to control water temperature in a bathtub. Aqua Plumbing sent a technician (Tom) to do the job. (He was here for about 2.5 hours - including the time it took to leave and purchase the part.). My quarrel is not with Tom. It is with Management. My bill was $577.00!!!!! Here is the breakdown:

Just to show up: $99
Per every 15 minute period: $39 !!!!!
The required part: $72.90
Tax: $5.10
Labor: $380
""Gas Fee"" (Thanks Joe): $15
""Miscellaneous"" Fee: $5.00 (?????)

Management refused to negotiate. Outrageous. Beware.

If you enjoy burning stacks of cash then Aqua is the company for you. If you believe that a plumber should make more than a specialized physician then Aqua is the company for you. If you believe one hour of work is worth almost $300 then this company is right up your alley.
Two suggestions for you though. First, ask what medical school your technician attended when they hand you your bill. Second, make sure they provide lube for your comfort.

I called this company to give them or to get a estimate on a drain in the basement while he talked me into doing more work with finesse clean out on the outside gave Brent a 1545 deposit and thinking about it I decided to go with another option and this is on May 27th at 2022 Brent send me text messages stating that he would put the money back on my card and it's yet to happen this is June 15th and nothing but a run around has been going on so now I'm in the process of filing a small claims against this company if you want a headache this is the one that go to

We had aqua plumbing come out to look at a toilet that was flushing slowly. The plumber made a slight adjustment on the toilet and replaced a $9.98 fill valve in another. I was stunned to be presented with a bill for $277.00 for literally 15 minutes of actual work. When I asked for an explanation and an itemized paper bill, the plumber called his office and I was threatened with collections. I should have read the reviews. A truly horrific experience! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I had a service person come 2 hours early, he left message but I was at Dentist, by the time I got home he had the ouside unit apart. Didn't even get to watch what he was doing, next thing you know it, he said I was out of Puron. Then he said my coil had a leak before he took cover off air handler. Then I said prove I have leak and he was out of Puron and needed Nitrogen to test it. A sad story getting charged over 300.00
I got a quote for a new unit but chose another company which was much cheaper and arrived at scheduled time.

Two incompetent Technicians from Aqua Plumbing & Air incorrectly diagnosed problem with AC System. An ethical and experienced AC service was called and confirmed there was no leak in the system. Further, Aqua failed to replace Motor and Module. While claiming to have replaced both, the invoice shows they only replaced the Module. The incorrect diagnosis of a refrigerant leak and air conditioning repair could have forced me to needlessly pay up to $3,000 according to an Aqua Technician. The utilization of inexperienced Technicians at Aqua Plumbing & Air will cost you more now and in the future. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for experienced HVAC service technicians or at least get a second opinion from a legitimate company. Manager stated he couldn't understand why a second opinion was needed. When thousands of dollars are on the line it is only prudent to get a second opinion. I'm glad I did. Too many companies try to take advantage of female customers.

You can tell he loves his job and speaks very highly about Aqua Plumbing. He's a great advocate and asset to your company. We're happy to continue using AP&A for our A/C and plumbing. Thanks.
