Worse company that I have worked with in the recent history. Have been contracted to finalize my solar hook up and has failed 3 inspections with CPS and now refuses to return my calls. States that work will take 2-3hrs and he will get around to it when he can. One of the service calls, the installer cut the line to the electrical breaker to my air conditioner. I had to have another electric contractor find the break. Repair was made by Approved but I do think they spliced the line. I intend to file a BBB complaint. I have had the system installed for over a year and right now have no other options but Approved Electrical and i think they know this. I do not currently recommend this company, seems like they have too many contracts and cannot keep employees. Bill ignores all call and messages and takes 2 weeks or more to respond. His responses seem like I am inconveniencing him and somewhat patronizing.

Big talk up front - but sadly a ripoff. Did repairs in our summer home which failed inspection. They wouldn't back up their work or assist getting it corrected. So we were out $600 high and dry. Avoid this business at all cost.

Does not complete their work. job left unfinished thousands of dollars worth of work .be happy to visit with anybody that has questions before using them but if you want to know details 210-559-8426 Lone Star kustom remodeling contractor I have other electricians I can refer Bill if you want to make it right you will contact us and pay us the difference for what we had to pay out if not continue on down your road of bad business practices.

Bill and Martha, the boss :-), did a fantastic job installing two new outlets and two ceiling fans on my new deck. The work was superior and his prices were fair. The conduit was the metal type not that cheap plastic. I have faith that this will be in place a long time. They knocked it out in a half day and Martha did a great job of providing directions on the new wireless remote that was installed. I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done, big or small. I know I will use them again when the time comes.

This is a great company. I live on a military installation, and Bill was great about being patient with the process of getting on base. He did outstanding work, and his prices were way more reasonable than the competition. I would recommend him to my friends and use him again when the need arises.

Bill and his apprentice did an excellent job troubleshooting the electrical issue in my house and found a malfunctioning GFI that was partially melted. He replaced two exterior outlets and checked the system for operability and was friendly. I would certainly use his services again. He was recommended by my home warranty company.

Bill did not show for the appointment we made. I even called and left a voicemail to see if he needed to reschedule and Bill didn't even call me back! Rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time. Not reliable.
