I would not recommend this company. They were out at my home in Fresno almost 3 weeks ago to fix a minor issue with the microwave. I have left one at least seven voicemail messages to please contact us and let us know what's going on and still not have received any callback. Very poor service stay away from this company.

He tried to fix several appliances. Showed up on 5/24/21. He came back on 6/14/21 with parts. Still not working. Dishwasher with no heat. Dryer that doesn't dry. Washer that doesn't clean. He left when I told him they're still not working and on the way out to his truck he was practically running when he said he would refer these calls back to American Home Shield. WTH? Nice guy but didn't fix anything, not proactive, takes forever, and basically useless. Sorry Appliance Superheroes. If I could have given a Zero I would have.

I would leave zero stars because after this guy gets your service fee from your warranty company, he will never be seen again. Yet the warranty company keeps calling him. He came here 2 months ago and was very prompt and courteous but now he doesn't answer his phone or return phone calls. Literally dropped out of sight and my microwave is still broken. Also never get American Home Shield because they are terrible at handling these situations.

Appliance Superheroes was assigned by AHS to come out and replace the microwave transformer. It took over a week to get Juan out to look at my problem. I had informed him of the problem prior to his appointment but he needed to assess for himself before ordering the part. Juan came out on July 6, 2020. I contacted him on 7/18/20 to check status. He said my part was on back order and will arrive on or after 7/20/20. He notified me on 7/20/20 that the part came in and he would arrive on 7/23/20 b/t 1pm and 5pm. I texted Juan the day before our scheduled appointment to remind him. The following day, I waited the entire afternoon for him. Juan never showed up! I tried calling him at 4:45pm but the call went straight to his voicemail, which was full, and I was unable to leave a message to inquire about his ETA. I tried texting him and got no reply. I called AHS to complain about what transpired and they tried reaching out to him as well. Several hours later, I received a text from Juan stating that the part did not arrive and that he needs to re-order it. I was livid! Juan didn't have the courtesy to notify me after he made the appointment with me via email and via text. This company's employee, Juan, is very unprofessional and dirty! I would not recommend at all!

WOW, BUYER BEWARE !!! While I support local, this one I would stay away from at all costs. The ""owner"" takes home warranty work orders that he knows he can not complete, just to get the service fee with no intention of fixing the appliance. False reports of coming to my home were filed with the home warranty company without any actual service or appearance. The technician, who now states he is the owner, told me that he would ""need to talk to the owner"" about fixing my appliance and get back to me. Dishonest much? When questioned, it was flipped about my personal integrity because a prior repair person could not fix the microwave previously vs. the functioning of my microwave. 20 years in Clovis and not one service company issue until running into this company. Dishonest, unprofessional and lacking integrity. Oh, not to mention the waiver you have to sign allowing them to scratch your cabinets and flooring while doing the work. AVOID...AVOID...AVOID. PS: This is my first yelp review ever, I am that passionate about warning you.

We manage approximately 100 rental homes and often have to deal with the homewarranty which can be very very frustrating. This vendor called us the same day we placed the call with the home warranty, he came out the same day, he also fixed the dishwasher which needed a new pump/motor assembly the same day, took about 20 minutes. This is some of the best service I've had in a long time.

Had Juan back for another dryer problem. Called him on our own not using AHS. He came out the next morning and replaced a part. Unfortunately something went haywire he came back the next day took the whole dryer apart and found a whole different problem. No charge and no attitude. Wonderful young man , working on his own . I will call him with any problems with my appliance and recommend him highly

I was assigned with Appliance Superheroes by First American Warranty. This company took forever to submit my paper work to the warranty company. I tried calling him and no answer. This company is very unprofessional for services. I think the warranty companies should not use Appliance Superheroes for anything. This company is lazy for warranty work. Period! I'm still waiting for my dryer and microwave to be fixed. It's almost a month.

Worse company ever, leaving messages for a month because they haven't turned papers in to the warranty company so I can replace my appliance with no answer or call back. 3 months still not resolved. My suggestion do not get AMERICAN HOME SHIELD for warranty company, as they are bad, their contractors are worse then them.

This company is very unprofessional! I had an appointment scheduled to have my oven worked on. I got a call from a blocked number so I didn't answer it. But it was the technician from Appliance Superheroes. He said he was running a little late but he would be there in about 10 minutes. Then he said to call if I had any questions but he didn't leave a phone number. He never showed up so when I called the next day, I was told that the appointment had been cancelled. I will never use this company again!
