Our 12 year old electric dryer started screeching last night and so this morning we put in a request for service with AHS home warranty. We were assigned appliance superheroes, so I sent Juan a text letting him know we would love to schedule our service appointment. A couple hours later he asked our availability and we told him anytime, as soon as possible, and he made our appointment for today. He just left after fixing the pulley that was worn out, and cleaning the inside of the dryer. He was so polite, kind, and explained everything. I highly recommend Juan from Appliance Superheroes. Fast, efficient, and quality service/repair! Thank you!

Worst company I have ever had to deal with in my entire life!!!
They don't respond to my home warranty company they don't respond to me! They get phone calls emails texts and nothing! My washing machine has been sitting broke for almost 3 weeks what a joke!!!!! I am beyond frustrated.
I don't normally put reviews ever but this company doesn't deserve to be in business or do this to another person. And with that said my home warranty company will be fired as well!

His mailbox was full for three weeks almost 4 weeks. I finally got through with a message today. I doubt if you'll call me back the dishwasher is still leaking for a post to have fixed it and Laken for almost a month now two weeks after he was here, why doesn't he come back and fix his work?

I would leave a zero if I could as well after reading his other reviews. This guy is no superhero! I had a time frame of 10:30-1:30 and he messaged me at 12:30 he was heading over but had our address wrong so then tried to reschedule after I scheduled my day around his time frame then stopped responding. He Messaged me again at 2:30 that he just got the message and could come now...showed up said it's just me so I don't respond to texts when I'm working & my home is out of his usual service area looked at my built in microwave said I know exactly what's wrong with it but I'm not fixing it because it built in to high. Said he would have the home warranty send someone else.
My home warranty sent me a survey to see how the work went and I said it was negative as it wasted my time and nothing was done...then he had the nerve to send me a nasty text the next morning saying I proved him right and good luck getting it done...as a business owner my self that doesn't typically leave bad reviews more people need to know how lacking the customer service, response and performance is! Home Warranty call and he absolutely would not return my phone calls. He also made sure to give ""special information"" to the warranty company so they could deny the claim. I did not want to use him initially because of the reviews and unfortunately he lived up to his reputation.

Juan from Appliance Superheroes was assigned to us through American Home Shield warranty to fix the lower oven of our Jenna Air double wall oven and I couldn't be more pleased with his service. He scheduled an appointment for me same day, contacted me again on his way over, and arrived within the promised timeframe. He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and trustworthy. He fixed an issue with the circuit board and then, took the extra time to answer my questions and even made sure that my top oven was working properly before leaving.

I would definitely use Appliance Superheroes again.

I would not recommend this company. They were out at my home in Fresno almost 3 weeks ago to fix a minor issue with the microwave. I have left one at least seven voicemail messages to please contact us and let us know what's going on and still not have received any callback. Very poor service stay away from this company.

He tried to fix several appliances. Showed up on 5/24/21. He came back on 6/14/21 with parts. Still not working. Dishwasher with no heat. Dryer that doesn't dry. Washer that doesn't clean. He left when I told him they're still not working and on the way out to his truck he was practically running when he said he would refer these calls back to American Home Shield. WTH? Nice guy but didn't fix anything, not proactive, takes forever, and basically useless. Sorry Appliance Superheroes. If I could have given a Zero I would have.

I would leave zero stars because after this guy gets your service fee from your warranty company, he will never be seen again. Yet the warranty company keeps calling him. He came here 2 months ago and was very prompt and courteous but now he doesn't answer his phone or return phone calls. Literally dropped out of sight and my microwave is still broken. Also never get American Home Shield because they are terrible at handling these situations.

Appliance Superheroes was assigned by AHS to come out and replace the microwave transformer. It took over a week to get Juan out to look at my problem. I had informed him of the problem prior to his appointment but he needed to assess for himself before ordering the part. Juan came out on July 6, 2020. I contacted him on 7/18/20 to check status. He said my part was on back order and will arrive on or after 7/20/20. He notified me on 7/20/20 that the part came in and he would arrive on 7/23/20 b/t 1pm and 5pm. I texted Juan the day before our scheduled appointment to remind him. The following day, I waited the entire afternoon for him. Juan never showed up! I tried calling him at 4:45pm but the call went straight to his voicemail, which was full, and I was unable to leave a message to inquire about his ETA. I tried texting him and got no reply. I called AHS to complain about what transpired and they tried reaching out to him as well. Several hours later, I received a text from Juan stating that the part did not arrive and that he needs to re-order it. I was livid! Juan didn't have the courtesy to notify me after he made the appointment with me via email and via text. This company's employee, Juan, is very unprofessional and dirty! I would not recommend at all!
