A & H was assigned by our home warranty company to fix our oven after the previous company that was originally assigned took the trade call fee payment and never returned to complete the job.

Fred contacted us after the ticket was assigned to A&H and set up an appointment. He arrived on time and diagnosed the issue with the oven quickly and made the repair right away. He was polite with us in his communication and answered all our questions. Overall, we had a good experience with A&H and are pleased.

Absolutely horrible. He scheduled to be at our house between 9-11. When he did not reach out and it was already 10 I called him to see if he was still going to make it out today. He told me that he would not make it out until 1-3. So not only did I have to take the morning off to sit around waiting on him, he didn't even have any intention of showing up. When I confronted him about this during our conversation he was offended. I decided I would just find someone else and hung up. He then proceeded to send me a text message calling me an idiot because I was upset that he has absolutely no respect for other people's time.
