Bret Rankin / Apple Electric - shady business, shoddy work, delays. Refused to back his work when problems arose, left job incomplete, problems with me and my tenants (the customers) and other workers (namely cable provider - he intentionally cut their/my ground wire). Took him much longer than it should have because he would show up a day or two per week, and work less than a full day. Result: electrical problems as other trades completed their work and his was incomplete. His helpers hated him; shouting matches / constantly showed up with a new guy to train. Avoid him.
