We went with APPCO when we decided to have a whole house generator installed. After getting a few estimates we decided to go with APPCO. They had the best price and best warranty by far. The installation process was smooth and they kept us informed during the process. We highly recommend before you decide to go with anyone else for your generator needs, call APPCO and give them the opportunity to give you an estimate, you will not be disappointed.
I would absolutely give zero stars if possible. After spending $7,500+ on a whole house generator from Generac and the full enclosure for the unit. I called to make a warranty claim, and the woman literally laughed at me. You need to hire more professional help because her nasty attitude is going to cost you a lot of customers. I was kind and considerate, and she wouldn't even let me finish speaking. She was rude, loud, and not very intelligent whatsoever.
If I could give APPCO a zero I would. The owner was easy to work with when we purchased a whole house generator. Installation November 2021. The technicians need retraining. Over 13 months they had to come back to my house multiple times for same issue. One time my generator didnt work when the power went out because they forgot to turn the breaker on. In December 2022 A preventive maintenance was done. Three weeks later i noticed a red light on the generator and found a spark plug wire hanging loose. Last but not least, don't disagree with the office help because then you'll get the privilege of talking with the boss' wife. She's a real piece of work...""rude and loud"". Taking my business to Generator Superstore, MB.
