The worker comes to my family's home bright and early, which was a surprise; however, the worker brought no Personal protection equipment. No face mask or gloves and his work shoes were filthy. I ask him to at least go to Home Depot to get shoe covers and he says, ""I don't have time."" Home Depot is two miles away. No protection equipment during a pandemic?
Kattya H.I had Juan for a job scheduled with my home warranty. He was so professional over the phone and called me one day before if I wanted him to stop by that day. I shared my concerns about the issue I had with the bathroom fans and that I didn't want to get anything done with me giving an ok. Juan was pleasantly nice and understanding, thankfully the issue was a super easy fix for both bathroom fans. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism Juan
Absolutely horrible owner. Driver was on phone stopping traffic on the freeway. Called owner and was told I was lying. Owner then accused me of speeding past him. The van then went flying by doing 90 mph, only to cut everyone off and continue at 50 mph. Very rude owner and unsafe driver. Can only imagine how they treat their customers.
Shanna C.This company was sent out by my home warranty and I was very pleased with them overall. I had no problems with scheduling an appointment, even with them working with my tight schedule. They were able to come out earlier than my set appointment time, came out and fixed the issue right away. Contrary to other Yelp reviews, The two gentleman who came out were very friendly and were very kind to answer all my questions. I will definitely be calling them back for future work outside of the home warranty claim.

They did the electric work st our house. Lights, fans, and switches installed. They also mounted a TV and helped with wiring for the TV. They are great and very expert and experienced. Highly recommend.
APJV was sent by the home warranty company First American on 5/29/2020. I had the same warranty company for another property and never used, but thought this is something that was paid for so why not use. I called, opened up request for multiple outlets and light switch that are not working. I called the night before the appointment and added a ceiling fan because it start smoking and only a tayed on one speed. When the tech arrived Pablo, he was in a rush was getting calls, sai his son usually goes out and he stays in the office but his son was not available. He looked at the 3 outlets and said that they were not installed properly and looks like a wire was cut. He then went to fix the light switch by replacing a $2 cover. He the said ceiling fan was not listed on order and he would report to company and HE would call us back Monday or Tuesday. We told him it was smoking and only was did one speed which was the fastest one. He said that if they (warranty company)approved they would probably replace with a basic simple white one, not fancy with the gold or anything like the one we have currently we said okay thats fine as long as its fixed. For the outlets he said he wasn't sure if that would be covered. He left and I received a voice-mail from warranty company that was not clear, so i called back because it sounded like they were saying in so many words that service was denied. I called them back at (855)754-0243 and was transfered and placed on hold for ever. I called back and spoke to rep at First american rep opened up ticket as recall said i would not be charged again and that APJV would call me to set up return appointment. I did not get call back so 6/3 decided to look on line and it said service canceled. I received a call from Monica shortly after because again w b en I called i was on hold and had to end call. Monica said that outlets not covered because it wasn't because of normal wear, and that the tech from APJV said nothing was wrong with the fan that CUSTOMER JUST WANTED NEW ONE. I told her this is disappointing if I wanted a new fan I have one in my garage and could have installed it. I explained the the guy wasn't here that long, said he had other calls to go to, his son usually helps him, etc. I told her the fan was smoking she said that I could have someone else take a look at it and send them report and they would review, I was upset because now I have to pay someone else to check it. Then she said I could upload proof of the fan smoking because APJV took pictures of it work, I asked her did he have video of fan staying on 1 speed and smoking. She said she would take a look but did not give answer and proceeded to say that I can upload information on site and they would review. I told her if I do that I do jot want them sending APJV back to my home this was really disheartening to be going through such terrible service. I was going to turn fan on and send video, but then I was like am I going to jeopardize my safety and risk blowing out something else that First American Home warranty and APJV are not going to fix- I think not. I WANT MY $75.00 BACK. If the tech was overwhelmed or had too many calls he should not have made the appointment. This is a long statement and I am sure I could have gone in to more details, but I want people to know about this so they are aware or the horrible service. If First American and APJV are contracting with each other just to deny service they need to be exposed! Do not use APJV, and please look at reviews of company before you agree to hire or allow them in your home. The samenitwms that were broken when they arrived will still be broken when they leave because they won't complete the work.
I requested to have my electric fixed around 2p. And the company text me within 5min and came out an hour later. They did a great job
Nick C.APJV Electric came out to our home this morning, to do some repair work for us they were very prompt , professional and polite Juan our technician explained everything to us and answered all our concerns and questions
Terrible company. DISHONEST and RUDE. The electrician had a smug attitude when he visited our home. He was rude when my husband spoke to him on the phone (until my husband called him out on it). He kept answering his phone while he was here working. He did the bare minimum and told me my electric panel was ""overloaded."" When asked how, he just said ""it is."" Kept insisting I must have a pool, electric dryer, electric stove ... no, no, and no! Finally said, ""oh well you know if you run the microwave and toaster at the same time ... plus you have the fan and kitchen lights on."" Are you kidding me?!
He was dead set on my Home Warranty denying me and didn't submit factual info. Only his faulty opinion. I spoke with MANY other electricians who disagreed with this company and even had one highly rated company come out. They measured our panel at using 40 out of 100 amps. I called my warranty company and they called APJV Electric. APJV said, ""well when we measured it when we were out there, it was running over 100 amps."" 100 PERCENT LIE! This company measured NOTHING while they were here. Do not use this company because they are lazy and then they lie to cover their own butt. I've talked to supervisors and managers at the warranty company to consider removing this electric company.
I'm also filing a complaint against them with the California state licensing board since they are flat out lying to people. I have their receipt from coming and nowhere did they write they measured anything. Furthermore, I followed and watched the electrician 100% of the time he was at our house, inside and out so I know he did not measure anything. This company basically stole a $75 service fee from us and then lied to our warranty company. Oh and he ""fixed"" a fan for us in our house ... except now it wobbles even worse than before!! So dangerous that I'm afraid to even turn it on.
