This is the second time I have used Apex for my main circuit breaker. Mary called me early am had a service man Nick out to see what had to be done estimate and done in a few hours. Dont bother calling these Ripoffs they gave me a price of $1159 bucks to install a outside generator outlet,i laughed at the guy,got it done for $350. Friggin thieves!!!

Nick from Apex came out today and took great care of me. A variety of small problems had snowballed together to create serious issues. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He communicated every step of the way, and took excellent care of me. Price was very fair for the speed of the response and the variety of tasks accomplished professionally.

I just wanted to leave a second good review for Apex; this year they installed some recessed lighting and did a great job but the lights weren't centered as I'd asked. They immediately came to check, said I was correct, and had someone come out and repair it, then had a plaster/drywall person come to finish the job. Not a word of argument, nor did they make me feel petty or stupid. They did the repair generously and that left me with a really good feeling. And, the end result is now as I had imagined it.

Thank you to everyone for their reviews on this company. The 5 star rating definitely fits!! From the moment we reached out to Apex to see about upgrading our electrical box in the garage, they were responsive, professional, and helpful. Fletch, the owner, reached out to us several times and Leigh was amazing to work with. Not only did we have the upgrade request, but we asked if they could help repair the shotty work another electrical company did on a bracket holding the wires to our house. Apex came through on that as well. Otis came out and fixed the bracket securely (THANK YOU) and replaced the breaker box. We were even able to get a generator plug installed so that when our power goes out during the hurricane, we will have the ability to have a lot of things (including the refrigerator, oven, lights and fans) working without the extension cords all over the place. All of this was completed and the price was less than what we were quoted by other companies just for the box!!! I have a new Electric company that I will be sticking with and Fletch and his crew are it! Thank you for your honesty, promptness to our needs, and attention to detail. You are all aces in our book!

I just posted my review for Drain Masters that came out about my water heater not working only to find out it was a circuit breaker that needed replacing. Heath from Drain Masters recommended Apex Electrical Services so I called them but they had already closed for the day. I left a message & they called me before 9:00 a.m. the next morning & said someone would be here between 8 & 9 a.m. I forgot the gentleman's name but he couldn't have been nicer. He took the old circuit breaker out & said he would see if they had one in stock at their business. He was back in no time & installed it & said I would have hot water in about 20 minutes. I was so thankful. The fee was very reasonable for an electrician. I'm sure some places would have charged a lot more. I highly recommend them & will use them again as I'm sure with my old house I will have other issues.
