Uriel was very responsive and considerate in regarding the drain break issue I had. He was very clear in explaining what the issue was and even offered to come to fix it on Sunday. I didn't let him, but I appreciated the offer. Also, cost wise, considering my previous experiences with cut-troth estimates taking advantage of the emergency situation, seemed to be fair for the work load he had to go through.

Both he and his assistant were very polite and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. He even had to drive into the city to get the part he needed and come back the next day.
