Needed a condensate pipe cleaned and wanted my A/C and furnace checked. I didn't know if it had ever been done at my house. Made the call and Pam explained their maintenance package, which I felt was a great deal and would give me peace of mind, so I went with it. This company keeps you in the loop with e-mail reminders of the appt date/time and when the guys are headed over. They showed up on time and had me tell them what I knew about the unit and they got right on it. Work was completed quickly and they gave me a full verbal report along with all that stuff written down for me. No pushy sales techniques, just what they saw, what they think I'll need at some point, and a ballpark of the cost of it so I could make an informed decision and a financial plan.

Alton has worked on both my house and my In-laws. I have called for AC and electrical services. He is always on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had used other AC companies in the past with repeated problems. Luckily, APC was recommended and I haven't had problems since. Alton and his team will never try to sell you unnecessary equipment or services. Pricing is reasonable and they will send you a quote for review up front. They always clean up after themselves and will gladly help with questions after the appointment. I will not be looking for another AC Company or Electrician.
