I give them 1 Star. AHS sent them out to fix my fans. I got it that maybe the switch was an issue and he changed the switch on two fans. By the way, they are making noise again!! Then, he looked at my fan in the hallway and said its not covered by warranty because it wasn't put in correctly?? He didn't even look at how it was put in. I suggested he go look in the attic to see if it was installed correctly to begin with, he said he didn't need too??
Needless to say, I got a second person out from another company and they validated it was installed correctly.
Don't use APAG! They really resolved nothing and think because they don't this for 14 years, they know everything NOT!!

Wow! I must be real lucky because Adrian (top notch electrician) and Ash (efficient and courteous) gave me great service. Adrian did a quick isolation and fix of a broken circuit in my kitchen. After checking the wiring at various outlets, light fixtures, & light switches, he determined the problem was with a broken light switch. He also checked out a ceiling fan and determined that the problem was with the fan outdated electrical control box. I didn't clock his time, but I'm sure it was less than 1/2 hour, which gave me back the rest of my morning.

Please DO NOT use this company. They are HORRIBLE.

They were a NO SHOW for a set appointment (that was confirmed via email AND prior phone call from me). When I called to complain about the NO SHOW, Ash (the coordinator at APAG Electric) hung up on me. I have never dealt with a company that has such poor service.

Avoid this company. Terrible company.

I am so glad that I did not have them do electrical work at the house. This company has no concept of quality or customer service. A poor quality electrician could burn down your house - If their customer service is terrible, then likely their technicians may be incompetent as well. Electrical work is too risky to trust to incompetence. Never would I ever allow this company into my home now!

I was sent to this company by American Home Warranty. They never called to set up an appointment. When we contacted them the man on the phone was rude and said they do not cover our area. When we asked why he said what are you an idiot what don't you understand. Never use them!!!

Just like almost everyone here, APAG electrical was assigned to us by our home warranty company to fix a electric socket. After reading the appalling reviews on yelp, I did not have very high hopes of having a great experince with them.

Obviously my 5-star rating would tell you otherwise! The owner Ashi, promptly reached out to us, scheduled us at the earliest, and were able to resolve the isssue within minutes after reaching our place.

I called the guy for service at my house assigned by american home sheild and when i called the company to schedule the service and he informed me service will be not till next day whick will be more than 24 hrs and american homeshield stated will be within 24 hrs. i informed him today will be 24rs per the insurance agent and he yelled an said i am telling you wen and hearing that i stated hey dont talk to me like that and he yelled Fuck you ass hole"" This is the customer service you getting from this company.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE... Not sure why the insurance companies go and find these guys to send over. Exact same experience as the others. Did absolutely nothing when I described the problem. He didn't even bother to even open the switch to look. Came with bare minimum tools. He took a picture of the switch and said he needed to call insurance company and left. He then closed the case. I called him to ask what happened and why the case is closed but he didn't pick up my call. I reopened the case in home warranty and he immediately calls and starts shouting on why I reopened the case.

Absolutely terrible experience. These guys were sent to us for a home warranty repair. We had a switch go bad and the guy came out, took of the plate without testing any connections. Then they told the HW company it was a light fixture which isn't covered and took our $75 deductible. Now we are arguing with the HW that the repair wasn't complete. My wife called the owner to complain and he hung up on her. So we had a 5 Star Yelp electrician come out who figured out quickly that it was an improperly spliced wall socket that was the issue and fixed it.

This business is not professional in any way. I don't even know if the guy they sent has his license.

As disreputable and customer unfriendly as a business can be. For starters I was forced to use this company via America Home Warranty. On the initial call, I was given a two hour window for a service appointment (I had to work around their schedule). On the day of the visit the service person didn't show up at the scheduled time. I had to call and was told that the repairman was delayed and we would be the next stop. By the end of the day, no repairman had arrived, no call, no nothing. Left multiple voicemails to see what the story was. Calls were not returned. I finally got through (2 days later) only to be told they couldn't help. Just an absolute joke. Don't give them your business. They need to be shut down.

These guys are terrible and unprofessional. I would not trust them to do any work in your house. They wouldn't give me a written bid, they didn't make their appointments and when confronted they said they couldn't be bothered. Do not go here.
