I had an electrical issue in our garage and AO made themselves available when others were not. Communication with the staff was very prompt, and the service was knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated that they explained to me what had happened, and explained the suggested repair prior to starting the project. I felt very comfortable with them at my home. If another electrical issue were to arise at my home or if a friend asked for a referral, I would feel 100% comfortable recommending AO. Electricians can be a dime a dozen, I got lucky with AO Electric.

Would absolutely hire these guys again. I had gotten several estimates for a home safety inspection and the installation of several security Ring lights. *Warning* Read the other bad reviews. These guys have an ongoing trend. The estimate is where the professionalism stops. They NEVER call, text or e-mail you back. I was supposed to get a written estimate about my condo wiring. The ghosted me completely. Despite my best efforts to text, call and e-mail them....NOTHING.

I really didn't want to write this but i have to warn others. Get another electric business to do the work. Horrible communication guys!! Horrible!.

I've been a business owner my self for over 20 years, communication is paramount to a successful business, not ignoring potential contracts.

At the very least give them a ETA on the estimate if you're busy.

Get someone else. You will never hear from them.

AO electric was fabulous. They showed up on time every morning and did an amazing job. We had electrical lines installed from our spa to the electrical box. They also got rid of the ugly old lights in the kitchen, sheet rock where the ugly kitchen light was and installed canned lights with a dimmer switch. While doing all the work they noticed the main panel had melting wires which could have set the house on fire in the future. They helped us file an insurance claim and got to work on re-wiring the panel. They did an amazing job and kept all of us safe. Thank you AO electric!!!

This company is beyond professional. I received text alerts and tracking every step of the process. My technician, Aaron, showed up at 10am on the dot (I was given a time window of 10-10:30am). He was polite, knowledgeable, wasn't afraid of my dogs (that's a plus) and wanted me informed of what was happening. At the end of the day he fixed the issue that's been preventing us from using our new dryer for 3 months, in 10 minutes. Their original message to us stated that if its a minor problem then they only charge one normal hourly fee ($195). He didn't charge us because he was only out to do an estimate. We were set on having to pay at least the $195 so this came as an incredibly welcomed surprise! He could have easily over charged us with some added in non-sense and we would have paid it for this 3 month long nightmare to end. Instead he was honest and fair. They may not have made a profit off us today but we now most certainly have locked in go-to electrical professionals as long as we live in this area. We need more electrical work done soon and we will definitely be hiring AO again.

If Aarons manager/supervisor happens to see this, we are beyond happy with his service and once again we just moved to this area and will absolutely request additional services just based on how amazing the whole process was and Aarons service.
