The home I had the company inspected was built in 1950s and we were worried about wiring and electrical system -- whether it was good and safe. They came as scheduled. My youngest brother and the agent were there and asked some questions. I came late because I was at work. The first impression was that they were in a rush. I asked if they could stay for 5 more mins and they said no. I was okay and paid in cash without hesitation. This was last Friday. Then on Monday, my agent called the number 916-541-1544 as displayed on their website multiple times but had no response. Then I called over 7 times throughout the day on Monday. Then, I texted according to the voicemail someone named Kaylee. No call back and no reply from text either. That was all on Monday and the voicemail said it would call back within 24 to 48 hours. that is a lie. My agent was able to get a hold of the electrician through texts.

So on, Tuesday, we, the buyer and the agent, contacted them by any mean (texting and calling) then my agent texted this number 916-541-1544 and was able to get a hold of Kaylee. She responded my agent texts and ignored my texts. Sounds like I'm complaining too much here but this is a very bad service. But, at the end, we received the report and we had many questions that were needed to clarify. Send out an email and never got a reply back.

I totally understood the house market is crazy right now and they were extremely busy. But seemed like they don't have the bandwidth (enough people) to take care of everything. Just showed up, did the inspection, then be gone after getting paid. No responses when trying to call, text or email for clarification.

They provided some cost estimate for some upgrades and fixing but I doubt my family would ever want to have the service again. If you are in a rush, I highly recommended find some other companies so you don't need to deal with what happen next. Also, I'm sure after so many calls, Kaylee probably ignored my phone number. It is unbelieved that the phone number is listed as 24/7 emergency service and never responded back. LOL

I'm not trying to sabotage this business. The company seemed to overload with work and unable to provide a good service. They are professionals seem like they know what they do. But I'm unhappy and dissatisfied with the service we received. Do yourself a favor. Think before calling.

It was hard looking for a right electrician to install additional wiring in my breaker box. AO made it easy. I thought they would get discouraged as all the wires were tangled up and had not been moved in many years. They were kind, patient, and did the work no questions asked at the fraction of the price these big wig crap companies charge. The best part is that it is a woman owned company and she comes out and does the best job. Way to show up the men!! Thank you AO and Kaylee!!

After needing electrical work for the house in my backyard, I contacted a big name company and that was a mistake as they quoted me over 7,000 to do the job. I found AO on Yelp and that was the best decision as they were very responsive and came out 15 minutes early. It was awesome to see women as electrician and doing better work than most men. They even did upgrades and were patience with me when I was unsure of the unit I wanted. I will definitely be using AO in the future when I want to upgrade all my electrical for the main house! Thank you for making it easy AO! They made it easy and awesome in hiding the wires so no one would notice them.

Great company! Was all about safety, loved how they all came in masks. Did a great job with the power box on my grandpa's cottage. Was super knowledgeable! Loved that it is owned by a women! If you're looking for someone who knows what they are doing and will do an amazing job go with them!!!!!

AO electric did great work helping fix a newly purchased home that had some questionable wiring. They installed a new outlet in my garage for the garage door, an automatic shutoff for the water heater, and when they discovered faulty wiring was causing issues in the kitchen/living room area, came back to install new wiring in the attic as well. Great work and friendly people, who walked me through what was happening and how they solved it!

To be fair I never actually received service because they were a no call/no show to a pre-scheduled appointment. In looking at the reviews this seems to be a recurring theme for them.

Do yourself a favor; don't waste your time. Go with someone else!

Alpha Omega replaced a complete panel for us on November 24th. As a result, we had an issue with the power to our pool equipment that they never resolved. My project started well enough, but from the very beginning, the follow-up was lacking. The initial work completed was good, but the communication throughout the process was terrible. I had to keep chasing them down to get answers and confirm the timeframe.
The real problem came after they replaced the panel. Once paid, the follow through was worse. On December 16th, they sent a technician to troubleshoot the issue, and he stated that the problem was not the power to the pool pump but rather the switch to the pool pump. He said that he did not have the right switch with him but stated he would provide a quote and part number of what was needed. I never received either. After countless messages, I was finally able to reach Kaylee on December 28th. She informed me that they wouldn't be able to fix the issue; however, they would still get me the part number by the end of the day and send me a check for $75 to cover a service call's cost. I tried to follow up through the first week of January and have yet to receive a callback. That panel was over $6K, and they completely ruined the entire experience by failing to complete the job and install an electrical switch.
****Update****
Since there is no option to respond to the owner, I will update here.
1. It shouldn't matter if the work was mostly paid by the insurance company or not, I am the one who hired you.
2. The discount of $100 was given because I paid by check versus a credit card. It was a separate matter entirely.
3. You shouldn't have to refer to ""notes in the system"" since we spoke about all of this directly. You personally told me you would be providing the information on the switch and you never did.
4. I find it hard to understand that you can't fix a pool switch but one of your very own reviews statutes that you are able to install a dedicated high voltage circuit to connect a hot tub? Give me a break! The truth is you couldn't be bothered to come back and finish the job.
