We called Anytime Electric twice for service at our house. The first time we called a very pleasant woman answered the phone and promised to have an electrician call us the next day to set up an appointment. They never called. Less than week later I called again and the call went to the owners voicemail. I left a message again and never received a call.
So I would say to proceed with caution because if a company can't follow through on a commitment to call you back, what happens if you use their service and have a problem with the service. Will they call you back?
