I am very pleased with Ant's ! I had appliance installation done which included taking out an old refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and installing new ones. That's just the easy part saying it..but Mr Anthony resolved whatever maintenance issue that came into play during the installation process for a 40 year old home! This included changing out any outdated parts making it compatible with the new appliances to ensure proper installation! He is VERY knowledgeable and does professional work! I will be using this maintenance service for more things as well..I would recommend Ant's Maintenance to anyone needing any specific maintenance work done..the list goes on...check out the list on his website!

I have tried for weeks to contact the company to come out and back up their warranty from previous work. Crickets no response at all. I'm very disappointed .

Called for a quote and he quickly took the job at the competitions rate without seeing the work (red flag). He said he could have someone over later the next day. I sent pictures and went to his website as instructed to provide my information. Days roll by and no phone call, no text, nothing. So I call today thinking maybe something happened. He blames his helper for not contacting me and then tells me that he changed his mind about doing the job. When I originally called for a quote he gave me a story about issues with his staff but now It looks as if it is the owner that the issues stem from. This is classic Bad Customer Service with a don't give a damn attitude. They wasted my time and efforts and make it bad for the contractor that does want the work. Think twice before working with this guy.

Theses guys are great! I called them on a Sunday for a leak under sink and garbage disposal not functioning and discuss problems with him! However, they came out the following evening and did the repair satisfactory and promptly!!! Moreover, they seem more like family, easy to talk to and was to eager answer questions (without feeling rushed) about other potential jobs!! You can't go wrong with guys, they take pride in their work!! If you are in need of repairs, call these guys!!!

Ants Maintenance is an excellent handyman service !!!

The owners Anthony and Nick are wonderful, polite, competent, professional.

I called on a Thursday afternoon, and they were able to give me an appointment the very next day, Friday morning.

The project was to install a pre-purchased metal support system under a mattress and box springs whose existing support slats were sagging.

Anthony and Nick arrived exactly on time, in clean shiny vans, and both dressed neatly wearing their company's uniform shirts.

They brought all the tools that were needed for the project, which they completed quickly, efficiently and competently. They were careful when moving the mattress and box springs, and also careful to keep the work area clean, including the metal shavings created when drilling holes in the bed frame. They took the old broken slats with them to dispose so I didn't need to handle the disposal myself.

I would definitely hire Ants Maintenance owners Anthony and Nicholas again for future projects.
