Matt arrived on time. Did a thorough job. Even cleaned inside the compressor where there was a large accumulation of leaves, changed the filter with the correct size. Explained what was needed on my complicated unit and it was a true pleasure working with him!!

I have used this company to maintain my brand new Trane system. They used the wrong size filter, twice to my knowledge. the last time they did this, the filter was too small allowing dirt to accumulate on the evaporator coil. This made water drip onto the filter and stop any filtering of the system. To remedy the situation, I spent $730 to install a light to eliminate dust accumulation. I have contacted Anthony's twice to remedy the situation and they still have failed to respond much less address their short comings. Avoid this company at all costs.

I had a 35 year career in sales & my success was dependent on knowledge of the business , customer service skills & integrity . Today , I had David Cruse , Consultant for Anthony's check my system because I was told by another company my system being 14 years was at the end of its cycle & urgency to buy a new system .
David asked all the right questions - Do you have a leak , had your air or heat broke down or not meeting your comfort needs ? I replied no to all of the above . He replied & recommended to stay with the current system until there's a problem because as he shared I have the best compressor in the market , the system looks good & call me when you are ready . And I will !
I told Dave he just earned my business when it's time to buy . I highly recommend Anthony's Air & Heating . It's refreshing to feel you're both speaking to a professional who cares & will consult you like you are family & can trust them with your business.

Charlie B came out at the specified time to diagnose an electrical fail in one of my units. My tenants had been without power overnight because of this issue. Charlie diagnosed the electrical fail and went back to the warehouse to get service panel parts and breakers. He fixed the problem in record time from the time I called in the morning and had my tenants up and running within a couple hours. It was a big job but I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I didn't think the price was bad either considering it could have been a much bigger issue. The entire team at Anthony's are awesome and I have dealt with several HVAC firms in the past but no supplier has comes close to the customer service and professionalism . Jim , Jake , Beadle Josh and Austin and others have all been outstanding . Anthony stands behind their service warranty and goes the extra mile when things inevitable need service . I recently replaced my three main systems with American Standard and although we did have some issues , the Anthony team responded over and above my high expectations !

I have them for maintaining routine twice a year. They never bother to check heater which I requested to check it while they are maintaining with air conditioning just to make sure the heater is running as well. Until cold weather comes, I turned on heater - nothing warm air comes in my house, it's running cold air!! Very disappointed with Anthony's service! I thought I could trust them and I paid so much money for annual maintenance. Sorry to say this, Im shopping somewhere else now to find a honest service with reasonable price!

The sales person talked a great talk. Make sure that every screw and duct is included or you will have to pay over the high prices to get your hvac working. Make sure to have fans and a space heater for when you have no ac or heat. Good luck talking to the owner, I am without heat for 2 days now on a 6 month old system that has been fixed 10 times now. Merry Christmas on the coldest day of the year and no heat. The emergency number for on-call said there is no one to help until Monday. I did my research and was still dooped by this company. The owner Mike Zeppe, should be ashamed! Beware of BAD business practices, do your research,, and read the fine print. In hind sight, I should have gone with a bigger more reputable company.

I have been having multiple failures with my American Standard system. Mainly due to poor installation by Specialty Air. Upon firing them I hired Anthony's Cooling and Heating to fix the problems. I can't stress enough the difference in professionalism that Anthony's demonstrated

Anthony's has been our AC provider for many years. We bought our AC from them and have had them servicing our systems for 20+ years. Like many other businesses, they must be having trouble attracting and retaining quality service techs. We have had several issues over the last three years, since Covid, with reliable and professional service calls. Our last service tech, Adam, turned the power off during a maintenance check which turned our thermostat off and left without checking or resetting it. So we were left with no working thermostat and he had to drive all the way back to reset it for us. Just a little extra attention to detail and we would Not have been upset and dissatisfied when he left and we discovered a non-working thermostat . That type of service does not instill confidence. I am hoping that things change there and their techs gain experience and they once again can provide the kind of service we grew to expect from them.

Just to share our experience with Anthony's, we woke up on Saturday and our air was not working. Since we recently moved to Palmetto, we asked our neighbors to refer an air conditioning service. They referred us to Anthony's.
My husband called at 9am in the morning to schedule service. Since we have a 5 month old baby, it was a concern that our house was going to get very hot. We NEVER expected to be put in front of another customer but only wanted a close enough time as to when they would be here. The first comment from the unconcerned office person after my husband said we had a baby was ""well I can't help you with that"". It would be 3 in the afternoon and that they would call before arriving. 3:30, no call. My husband called to get an update as it was 95 degrees in our house. The same lady said ""The tech is on a job then she was finished she was going to another job. After that, we were next. That is the the nature of the beast"". Really? At 4:00 we took a chance and called CLIMATIC AIR. Gentleman on the phone answers, how can I help you sir. We explained our situation and the tech said, I am finishing a job and then I will be at your residence in approx. an hour and a half. They were here before that. My husband called Anthony's back, cancelled the appt. and told the very rude lady that we were going to give her a bad review. Miraculously, within 5 minutes, their tech called and said she was on the way. TOO LATE. CLIMATIC AIR will be installing a new air conditioning unit.
