Over a year ago the electrical panel in my house was blown by a surge on the line from the pole to my house.

The team at Anthony Lewis, Inc is incredible. Not only is their work excellent, each and every individual who either came to the house or work in the office were beyond helpful and respectful.

It took some time, primarily because PG&E had a big backlog from last year's rain and other problems. Regardless, the Anthony Lewis team kept me apprised of progress, pushed back on PG&E on long lead times and made sure that we had power throughout the full timeframe.

I've contracted with Anthony Lewis twice now to do various work on my home and each time has been a great experience. They give detailed costs up front and any deviation from the quoted figures are agreed upon in advance so there are no surprises.

As with all projects, things can sometimes go off course a little bit and sometimes there will be inevitable delays. Vicki (the project manager) has always been fantastic to work with and she always kept me in the loop as to what the current status was and what the timelines were. If there were any issues, she was quick to respond and issues were often rectified in hours, if not minutes. Even when dealing with the local authorities for permit-related issues, Vicki was on top of things and ensured it was all handled appropriately.

I can't say enough good things about these folks and I will be using them again.

Anthony Lewis has been an absolute pleasure to work with. When another company abandoned our home battery project they picked it up and managed it through the final inspection and approvals. I cannot express how helpful everyone has been, in particular Vicki and Joey who both went to extra lengths to finalize our project and ensure that the previous work had been done to code. They have a customer for life!

He's a great guy who helped me fix some of my own home repair projects on a home 100 yrs plus old. I wasn't quite up to snuff on all repairs and he got me through it. He's a kind and helpful person. I'm forever grateful to him for getting me out of a bind more then once.

This was a recommended business to install my Tesla charger. After reaching out, I was asked to provide a comprehensive list of requirements so they could provide an estimate. After I sent everything in, I was told to expect an estimate in 2 business days. Well, 3 weeks later and nothing. Numerous follow up emails now go unanswered. If they were too busy or couldn't get to this project, simply let me know. But don't ask me to spend a couple hours putting together a list of details and then ignore me. NOT RECOMMENDED from my experience.

Anthony Lewis's outfit installed my Tesla charger. They did a fantastic job, were easy to communicate with, provided a clear description of the services and the relevant timeline. The initial permit inspection was denied for some silly reasons, and they came back and effectively redid a significant amount of the work to pass inspection. Ultimately, they probably lost money on this job (during the pandemic). That said, there wasn't a word of complaint or any feet dragging. They made an appointment to come fix it, did it, and then the work passed inspection.

Their professionalism was exactly what I want from a service provider, and they behaved that way during a time when they probably could have gotten away with a bit of subpar service.

We worked with Anthony Lewis to fully remodel our home down to the studs. During this process, we had an upfront estimate and frequent updates about the project progress. Anthony Lewis and his team were working on our project almost immediately after we signed the contract and were on site working on the home almost everyday. As a result, our remodel was completed on schedule and without increased in cost.

In addition, the minor issues we've discovered afterwards have been fixed promptly. We didn't hire an interior designer, but worked with some of Anthony's team to choose materials and designs. They provided vendor recommendations for flooring, plumbing, tiling and more that we've been happy with.

Anthony gave me a very fair bid and his team installed a Tesla wall charger, upgraded our electric panel, and built a trench to to light up our Redwood tree from our gazebo. We worked with his team including Antonio and others. The professionalism with how Anthony and his team conducted themselves from beginning to end was highly impressive. Their trucks were spotless and organized. They were sure to check in with us at every step, clearly explain things, and clean up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them.

This world class team displayed a rigorous attention to detail and were able to solve all of the problems that my 50 year condo sent their way. And yes, they exceeded my expectations.
