I am very happy with James; I had a limited amount of time to run a new electrical circuit to the kitchen. He inspected the job, provided a competitive quote, and fortunately for me he was able to rearrange other customers' work (thank you other customers') to meet my tight schedule, incorporated my requests when these met the National Electrical Code. His work effort, straight forward communication, experience, and knowledge made working with him a pleasure.

Mr. Culotta responded quickly to my request, re-wired my washroom and garage. He and his assistant were fast, and knew exactly what to do. In fact, made suggestions that I hadn't considered which made the outcome even better. He was polite and efficient. I live in an old house with old wiring so it was very reassuring to see someone who clearly knew exactly what to do. Very impressed with his competency and knowledge. Highly recommend.
Update: had him come out a second time to replace a wall switch that was somehow connected to another circuit, replace the ballast in a kitchen light (obviously I'm not an electrician so I'm giving the layman's version) and it took him almost no time, did excellent work and for a very fair price.

Politely called, introduced myself and began rough outline of needed electric job. Anthony cut me off mid-sentence and started repeating, ""HAY! We're working on a ditch right now. We aint gonna be able to do anything. We gonna be busy all day.""

Calming advised him that I would seek an alternate electrician. If secretary is not an option then I recommend phone decorum or merely returning calls when you aren't ""in a ditch"".

I can not say enough about James Culotta with Anthony Electric!
I found him via Yelp. We called him around 5:00PM on a Saturday evening as our AC was not working and our AC guy said it was an electrical problem from a circuit breaker to the compressor. James drove over, changed his Saturday night plans and resolved our problem and was able to get our air back working. He stayed until almost 10! On a Saturday!! Not only that, but he is extremely knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot a really difficult problem. I can't say enough about his customer service. Highly recommend James at Anthony Electric!

I used Anthony for a major job in 2016 and was so well pleased I used him again in 2018 when I had a bunch of small jobs. He showed up when he said he would and did them all. And pointed out another I had overlooked. Money well spent on jobs well done.

We've had them out to our house 3 or 4 times now. They do great work, are reasonably priced, nice guys, and extremely knowledgeable.

So far, we've had them fix one of the circuits that went out in our house, add a new outlet into a utility room so we could put in a freezer, and I think we're up to 5 ceiling fans they've installed for us. We also had them come out and check out another issue that turned out to be a really simple fix. On their first visit to our new home, they were also able to point out the things not up to code that the home inspector missed.

It also looks like the other review on Yelp is an equally positive review but the person got the stars mixed up. Either way, I'd definitely recommend Anthony Electric.
